Positives: very beautiful, calm, quiet place. Breakfast very assorted and very tasty. Negative points that surpassed the positives: the chalet I stayed with my daughter, was dark, with very poor lighting, the shower is extremely difficult to adjust the temperature. There is nothing edible in the fridge but water and soda. We were absent several times and when we returned the room continued with wet towels that were never changed, despite having an information sheet in the bathroom advising that if we left the towels on the floor, it was a sign that they should be replaced, but that didn't happen. The chalet has no ventilation. It is stuffy, suffocating "there is no window to ventilate and circulate the air. The smell of burning wood was impregnated from the day we arrived until when we left, almost 3 days later. The smell of the blanket was very unpleasant, (smell of sweat, used ) I regretted not taking my own cover and my towels, the towels even, were white and had stains. The control of one of the TVs didn t work properly, the door lock was defective and to close from the outside I had to put strength and get up the door a little, if not, it wouldn t lock. Our last night was miserably interrupted by a bat, who invaded the room and flew over our heads, almost went under the covers. It was 2 am. another chalet to be able to sleep in peace. At this point the receptionist was very correct and quick to solve the problem. And the last point to mention, was the embarrassment I went through when I was walking downtown with my daughter and me they call from there to ask about the horse ride that I had made an appointment for and didn t do, they said that I would be charged anyway, then they came with the lame excuse that they had to pay the instructor s displacement etc ... But I said that I had already taken half a horse ride elsewhere, there, they would charge me 100 or horse, I would need two, then I would pay 200. Exorbitant value in my opinion. So I took the tour with my daughter in another place where I was charged 140 reais for 2 horses. And I said I would not pay for a tour that I did not do. And they never made that observation, that if they booked the tour and didn't do it, they would be charged the same way, and look, they had months to tell me that, because I dealt with all the details of the accommodation for whats So I thought the sum would be take me 200 for free for a service I didn't use. I'm not an ATM. In the end, it was an unnecessary disappointment. I will not be returning, and the next time I go to Gramado I will stay in a ventilated hotel, close to the center, well lit "with adequate cleaning, controls that work, really clean bedding, a shower that can take a decent bath, and where I I can sleep peacefully, without bats flying over me. And preferably with a fridge that is not a room ornament, but that has something to eat inside.

Wonderful place, nature, comfort of the chalets, excellent breakfast, everything pleased me. I didn't have to use my car to get around, as Uber searches the chalet door. I will probably stay in this type of place for the next few stays in Gramado. I recommend!

I was at this inn on 04/2019. Very beautiful and quiet place, great for those who want to isolate themselves. The service is very good! A little far from the center of Gramado, so visitors should be driving. Loved the breakfast, lots of tasty options. However, due to the advertising I thought it would be more attractive, for example, they stated that there would be a trail, so I thought that all the guests would get together and do the trail with the help of a guide, but it is only a path in the bush that you go alone. I do not say that the experience was not valid, but the expectation disappointed me a little. Another point I didn't like was the horse ride, at the time you paid 100 reais for 20 minutes ... I thought it was expensive. The bikes available were very deteriorated, and there is no place to ride because there are only hills. In addition, the external cleanliness of the cottage where I stayed should be improved. Anyway, the place is beautiful and pleasant, and has a delicious breakfast.
