An excellent hotel though without being flashy but OK place to stay. Very noisy from the street. The beds were very hard, but the staff provided 5 extra pillows that we put on the bed. Not optimal but better than the hard beds. The hotel is very central.

Hotel in a good location with adjacent parking. Unfortunately, the air conditioning directly over the bed and dripped with us the whole night directly on the pillow. The breakfast is in the neighboring hotel and was very good quality. The pool is small but is enough. Room and pool were very clean
Beautiful hotel well located in the old town and above all with private guarded parking! Large, well-equipped room, permanent dull noise probably from the hotel's air conditioning machinery. On the other hand, no breakfast at the hotel and it is sometimes a nervous breakdown to find something open early for a breakfast or a simple coffee.
In a very nice place they have a good treatment and a very attentive atencuon towards the people as if they were family

We stayed for just one night. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. 3 stars for 2 reasons: being a fairly well-known hotel and in a city that is a UNESCO heritage site, you can't help but speak a word of English; in the morning the breakfast is not buffet style but they bring it but they could improve the service at least by showing you a menu of things that you can order that is not there; and it seems excessive to me to ask for 110 pesos (5.50 ) pee to have six kornflakes and some milk that are not included in the breakfast which they mean.

We stayed in room 601, top floor. Everything was fantastic however the bed was a little uncomfortable; too hard for our liking. The location was perfect for touring the historic district. The included breakfast was very tasty however the coffee is way too strong and not hot. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and helpful. You will hear some road noise but that is to be expected when you are right in the middle of town. We had a spectacular view of the Cathedral from our room which was stunning at sunset. Everything was very clean and tidy. Pool was great too. I would likely stay here again but for the bed. Campeche is a stunning city and worth the visit.

In my opinion it is not a four star hotel. The room I was given is spacious, but the bathroom dwarfed. The only amenities you have are a shampoo and a soap. And if you ask for more, they do not. The hotel is located in the beautiful campeche city centet. It's a touristic hotel with a lot of rooms. It has a private car parking inside the hotel building. Every attraction of the city is reachable by walk.
