Hotel National Moscow Review

Classic hotel is standing at front of red square. Convenient location. Also great room dining, very fast. However, front and concierge desk don t want to help. Just waste customers time.

This is a fabulous hotel. Best location in Moscow. Super service. Concierge service excellent specially if you get stuck finding your way back. Look out on Kremlin while having delicious meal. Walking distance to many important attractions. Will return to this grand hotel anytime.

Classy hotel with excellent service. The closest hotel to Kremlin with the view on Kremlin. Old fashion but with the character.

Great Hotel with a great atmosphere! I had a very nice room and the view from the breakfast room is unbeatable! The staff is fantastic and the location is great! Just seconds away from the red square.

Very nice hotel and event space, as well there is a gallery at the basement you may visit good events and modern excellent exhibits. I love to see the Kremlin from roof restaurant. One of the nicest hotels downtown of Moscow.

Great for a romantic getaway. This place preserved an authentic vintage early 20th century look. Suites are spacious and cozy. Wouldn t stay there for an extended stay as it just too grandiose and doesn t feel homey but perfect for short romantic stays. I imagine weddings can be great there as well.

An amazing experience have some factors there are sometimes very personal to each traveler and for me this whole experience started with the hotel location, if you are visiting Moscow for tourism this is one of the best places to stay, located across the red square and kremelin and if you are lucky to get a front facing room you will see both from your window .
The hotel it's also a architectural landmark in Moscow with an amazing old building, the rooms are big and the amenities on the bathroom are on pair with the expectations.
The service was nearly impeccable with great housekeeping.
Breakfast it's good and located on the second floor.
Overall I highly recommend this Hotel!

Hotel aged over 100 years has something modern hotels can not offer. There are historical stories behind this great old treasure.

Breakfast dining hall has the best window view in the world....a huge glass window facing the red square giving you the most unforgettable dining experience....

It used to be a great place when I first came to Moscow about 10 years ago. Still has the charm of lost times. But the age clearly shows - a rude staff member banging on your door, storming in and locking your minibar because you told at reception that you don't plan to block money on your credit card for using the minibar. The view from the breakfast room is still great, but the food is mediocre. the service still has some soviet touch. I came back to show my wife this place, but will spend my money on better options next time.
