For the standards of Cuba, must be the top. Service, view and accessibility at its highest. Civilization and internet. In the heat of the day, they let us rest in the lobby cafe, communicate with our family and get something to drink and eat. Expensive but totally worth it!

An old 5 star hotel for Cuban standards. Towels keep coming with spots or even holes .. they don't understand basic cleaning rules. Great lobby. Big breakfast variety. Right by the beach. Needs refurbished.

Finding cigars here was not as easy as i had expected, however, the Melia Cohiba was easy to locate, they had a large variety of options, the saleswoman was kind and knowledgable and the experience was pleasant.
All goes well...except the last day when we met one cockroach in toilet and one visitor on my bed and inside my pillow. The staff was very helpful and quick (for Cuban standards). The room was comfort and clean. The view was great, ocean view above the Malecon. The breakfast was nice and rich. Finally, the internet was free!!
