I stayed at this property for about two years during my business trips and I always felt at home. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent cuisine and great hospitality.

Rooms: large, modern, welcoming, clean scented and with a large terrace, large and new bathroom with very comfortable shower and window.
Ritorazione: excellent breakfasts, great variety of desserts made in excellent quality home, hearty dinners and even those made by a very good cook saw the goodness of the dishes.
Friendliness: all very kind friendly and helpful, from the cleaning lady to the maid always attentive to every detail.

Before accepting the conditions, I buy the train tickets and then go back to the given word. I have emails, if need be. Anyone who wants to, contact me and give it to them. Deeply incorrect.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, amazing food-big portions, the hotel itself has a beautiful cosy rooms, the place around it's quiet and relaxing. Just perfect for family vacation.

Good location, little parking and small but well-kept rooms

Located 2 minutes from the beach. Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast well stocked and very varied with homemade desserts. Menus Lunch and dinner always varied without too many repetitions, all always very good and fresh.

Excellent experience, new and impeccable rooms, excellent and varied catering, abundant breakfast with fresh fruit, near the beach and very close to the center of Grottammare. Very nice location and friendly, hospitable and helpful staff, always ready to satisfy the customer's requests with a smile. Only point against (reason of the 4 stars, otherwise I would have certainly given the maximum) is the absence of parking. Very good focaccia served with meals, minus desserts. Nice relaxation room with a chess station.

Very clean place, people available, always ready to help and advise their customers with a sincere smile, very nice structure near the beach and in the center of Grottammare, strategic point, highly recommended, excellent and abundant breakfast.

Nice family hotel. I can only recommend. Price for night and breakfast very good. Room with the balcony to the yard is quiet and relaxed.

Location about 200 meters from the beach (I don't have a pedometer but more or less there), in a quiet and peaceful street, where you can park (I always found a place at a maximum of 50 meters from the hotel).
Family room with bunk beds, comfortable and fresh. SuperTop breakfast, with excellent products and fresh fruit.
Kind and competent service, honest price (agreed bathing service).
In short, even if for just one weekend, we had a good time.

Located in the center of Grottammare, a stone's throw from the beach, clean rooms, the smell of bleach in the bathroom made me feel at home, finding excellent quality vegan milk and biscuits for breakfast gives me 5 stars given my allergy to protein milk. Advice

The structure is recent, the environment is quiet, the rooms are very clean and carefully equipped with those details that, if missing, make you regret home. The greatest appreciation goes to the breakfast buffet, worthy of superior hotels. Choice, quality, abundance and freshness make breakfast the best moment of the day. To try. Well organized, we stayed 5 days half board to spend a relaxing time. Good and abundant cuisine, very kind and helpful staff. I thank the owner who was super helpful and very kind and tried to solve in every way a problem I had with the car! What can I say more? To come back for sure, beautiful spacious clean rooms with bathroom and a cozy terrace, umbrella plus reserved sunbed and chair on the beach ... I think you can't have more! Thanks hotel the shark!

All mediocre and no respect for the tranquility of the guests (masonry work outside the doors of the rooms for the duration of the stay)

We have just returned after spending a few days in the hotel and we really enjoyed it. The cuisine is excellent, assorted and of quality; the staff is always available and even the owner is very kind. The hotel overall is very nice and is in an excellent location. Even though our room was in the annex, it was still very welcoming and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay (beach bag, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe, plasma TV, fridge and even various types of shower gel). We highly recommend it ... we are already thinking about it for next year :)

The renovated structure of the beautiful spacious rooms with a bath new toilets, hospitable people, a buffet service within the reach of a fine hotel, simple but excellent food for those who want to spend a weekend with family or by yourself is recommended

If your visiting Italy, I don't think you could find a more authentic or friendly hotel or restaurant. The family atmosphere was amazing. They took very good care of us. The rooms were great and the food was amazing. Will definitely be staying there on our next visit. Close to the beautiful beach. Such a great time.
