Great Hotel, "far" from twon, but is better that way if you like more quiet ambiance. Staff super friendly, definitely we are gone to come back here on or next trip to Holbox
Review for the restaurant and beach club only :
Service is super slow even when its just to get the menus or a can of diet coke or a Corona ! That is just not acceptable when nothing is needed.
The worst was the whatapps for the restaurant as it didnt reply for 20 min and 15min when we tried to order ! we had to ask reception if the resto was close
The hotel and the location is great but you should plan to spend your time outside of not you will be disapointed by the service
What is not to love about Las Nubes, I wouldn't know where to begin! From the absolutely stunning location, the beautiful spotless grounds and the spacious rooms and bathrooms, it feels you just reached paradise! The staff is attentive, efficient and kind and the restaurant serves amazing food and cocktails. This hotel is also the last one before the protected and uninhabited portion of the island so it feels luxuriously quiet yet still close enough to the center of the town, restaurants and beach bars.
We only stopped by for a day there, but how nice was it! Such a dedicated team and staff. Really the food was great and even we managed to eat a vegan option there! We were more than delighted and then there's the view...amazing! Stop by for a coffee or a lunch on your way to Punta Mosquito...a dream!
We loved it! Probably are going to be staying there next time! Thanks guys for the experience!

Location was amazing. Rooms unique. For the price the finishings could have been a bit more upscale. Food was absolutely excellent and very fresh. Sometimes we had to ask multiple times for something we ordered. Overall a beautiful place. But a bit on the pricey end, all things considered. Struggled with getting hot water one morning. Appreciated the many secret corners and locations one could tan alone and in private.
This hotel is located at the end of the island so you either have to take a taxi or rent a golf cart. They have one of the nicest location in Holbox. They are right on the beach and it s quiet and you don t hear the noise of the golf carts. The rooms are nice, they re mostly all huts, they could be a little updated. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the property is very clean. There is a beautiful restaurant over looking the water. The beach club is ok, they can have a better set up with chairs and beds etc. Overall a nice stay.
Unbelievable amazing place.
Hade so much fun with my family.
This review is for the beach club only. We taxi d here from our hotel The Mystique Blue, on the opposite side. It wouldn t have been a bad walk but the sun and no shade can get brutal.
Location. Secluded. Luxurious. Beautiful. This side of the island with the sandbank is gorgeous and worth a visit.
Food. After enjoying the sand bank we were hungry and decided to partake in lunch. The prices for food are decent, the beach club food mediocre and the drinks are a ripoff at 220 pesos for a margarita - insanity. There is nothing special about them, I promise you. To use the chairs or beds is a minimum consumption which given the drinks, we learned after opting out, we met with a little overage but at that point I was ready to leave.
The beach club is very nice and again secluded from high traffic. As a public beach you are allowed to leave your bags at your own discretion on the beach side while you enjoy the public beach.
Afterward, I suggest you head just a bit south to enjoy better fare at better prices. The hotel seems nice but I m honestly glad I chose to stay at where I did, as this seclusion requires a lot of extra effort or taxi to downtown as it s the last hotel before the private natural reserve/cove.
I appreciated my hotel s proximity to the town square where my son was able to play at the playground with the kids at night after dinner and we were able to interact with the locals with a shorter walk.
I hope you find my review helpful. If so, give me a thumbs up. Thanks.
We had the most amazing experience at Las Nubes! It is secluded on the island, so a perfect getaway experience and one of the most stunning locations we saw on the entire island. There is a sand bar that runs for 1.5 miles right off of their shore (pictured here). The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they provide paddle boards and bikes if you stay at their resort. We had a nice included breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the stunning views throughout the entire day. Would stay here again 10/10 times.
