Good hotel and great facilities. Friendly and attentive service.

No 4 stars. Old, getting old. Cafeteria food. Not recommendable.

Hotel well located, with train to the beach every half hour, private parking for 13, good cleaning, attentive and friendly staff, friendly and professional pool monitor, well-kept facilities, affordable pool and bar restaurant and exquisite food . We did not use the golf course but it looked good.

The staff is helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant needs to improve. The nickel rooms.

Good hotel with lots of variety and entertainment, large family rooms and comfy pools for kids and adults, free beach train connection, and use of club house on the free beach too.

VERY RECOMMENDED. I had a very pleasant stay with my partner. We had a super spacious room with many details for the comfort of the guest. The enclosure is beautiful. Away from the beach, but with the free train from the hotel is no problem. Very rich and quality food. Only downside is that at night there is little atmosphere to have a drink. A place with current music would be ideal. For the rest of 10. Very friendly staff. We will repeat

I just arrived and the first impression was fantastic. Very clean everything and very friendly service.

Every time we have gone, of 10, it is more this year we will repeat again in September, the location is good and with its train to move to the beach, and what to say of the beach club, all facilities.

Hotel where air conditioning does not work ... we stayed this weekend from June 1 and the heat at night was suffocating ... room doors with scratches, neglected. Some loungers of the pool deteriorated, we had contracted room with breakfast, but breakfast is only until 10.30, the night before we asked reception if the breakfast hired could upload it to the room ... and they said yes .. for 6 euros of supplement, surprise ours when we called reception ... we were referred to another phone and they tell us that instead of 6 euros they are 26 .. 13 each breakfast that we had already paid .. a shame. And when we did the Checkout the ground floor where the reception was was an oven ... there was no air conditioning .. there are hotels for less than 100 euros that have much better services than this one.
I doubt I'll come back again.

Hotel designed especially for families. Not bad but the pool is small compared to the number of rooms there are. The food is acceptable although with little innovation.

The rooms are very good they are big and with sofa! Beds very good condition and several pillows. Free WIFI. Large terrace with views and large bathroom. It lacks a reform but in general they are fine. Cool place. Outdoor parking only 4. The drinks are expensive both buffet and bar pool. The buffet can be improved. The receptionists are all lovely, and in the bar / cafeteria, but the buffet waiters are somewhat dry. Even at breakfast I told 3 different waiters that there was no hot water to make infusions and that the coffee machines had been blocked (to catch the water from there) and none of them solved it, like "tomato something else". And a free train service to the beach that leaves you at the beach club which is a great idea and a must. With restaurant, bar and pool on the beach, very careful and beautiful.

Excellent place for a relaxed vacation. Top service in the restaurant, excellent food and thematic daily. Optimal location.

A perfect place: three 9 holes directly at the hotel. The courses are in good condition and improvements are currently being made to make playing even more enjoyable. Nearby are courses such as Castro Marim and the absolute top course Monte Rei. The weather is often good. Been three times in January, and always a good deal of days with sunshine. The rooms are fine, spacious and clean. The food is good: something for everyone, extensive buffet.

I was only in the spa, and calling it spa is too pretentious from my point of view, some pools did not work, the jacuzzi with cold water and the whirlpool looked like jail showers. What I did like was the attention we received from the employees and the massage. Pleasant and professional

The hotel in general is quite good, spacious and comfortable rooms, acceptable service and good value for money. The only negative thing that I see, is that it is located a little away from the center and the beach to walk, in a quite shady urbanization with pitiful patches and roads.

I had bad luck with the season, it can only be, given the other comments.

An elegant place within the tourist complex, although I have not stayed I have visited the night terrace and it is not bad to have a drink, but the show leave much to be desired. If I had stayed I would give it one less star

Ideal to go with family. The rooms are large and the service is very good. The buffet is very varied and the quality of the food is high. There is entertainment for the children and a train that takes you to the beach. The beach bar is very good and the pool is great. To indicate something negative, the price of drinks is too high.

Hotel recently managed by Hilton a step away from Seville, good facilities, idyllic setting on a golf course. One km from the beach on foot. However, they offer a hotel tourist train that brings you closer to the hotel's beach club on the beachfront. A plus the truth.

Modern hotel and very large and clean rooms, it is a bit far from the beach but it has a good swimming pool and transport that brings you closer to the beach if you don't have a car.

For making a complaint, the car parks fall short for the area.

It is a very nice and quiet place but it is the second time I have come and it leaves much to be desired for being a 4 star. When you hire there are a series of services that later there aren't. They have reformed it, but as I said, many services and options that are supposed to be sold to you, then they don't work. The restaurant, pool cafeteria, is what works best

The truth is that being a Hilton has not left us with a good taste in our mouths.
The worst of all was the treatment of the staff in the hotel's Italian restaurant and the subsequent solution and response they gave us from the management.
We arrived at 10:45 p.m. to see if they had a space, they pointed us out on a list in which there were two families ahead, after seeing that approx. 4 tables and they had not warned us at 23.05 we asked if we could finally sit down as the kitchen was supposed to close at 23.30. The waiters hardly even looked, it seemed that they did not want to take more tables, but they were not at all clear with us, we finally had to take the car at 11.30 and go to Isla Cristina and look for a place to eat.
Which made our last night very bad feelings about our stay at the hotel.
We filed a complaint at the hotel that same night, they told us they would call us but that never happened, when we checked out we told them that we wanted to speak with management.
The director of food and beverages received us, we told her what had happened, to our surprise she said several inconsistent things. His solution was to talk to the restaurant employees to hear the version of them and that their employees had many years of experience ... it left us a bit surprised, because as we said you only have to look at google to see the opinions of other travelers, thing that I recognized that I was aware.
and the last thing was to tell us that ... what did we want? if there was something she could do so that we wouldn't be upset. The truth is that we are offended, we do not claim that for taking something out of the hotel, we said it because we believe that neither we nor any other family deserves that treatment and of course it does not live up to the hotel's brand.
Honestly today we would not recommend it, there are many details that we have not liked.
- Very few hammocks and space in the pool for the number of clients the hotel has.
- They told us that at breakfast the coffee machine would be disinfected every time someone touched it, that never happened. There are staff serving food but not drinks, therefore everyone is pushing buttons, uncontrollably.
- The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from the next room.
