Beautifully located place in nature, the super clean hotel with many details for its guests. Very large outdoor pool and very nice heated salty pool. Very good welcome cookie. The service staff very kind, friendly and attentive. Ideal to spend a few days with the family. It has a club on the beach promenade with swimming pool, restaurant and parking. I will repeat. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.

Friendliness of all staff, excellent animation team. The Beatch Club area is an excellent idea as it allows for a good harmony between the pool and the beach, and the tourist train connection between the hotel and the beach is something to highlight.
Very good food, but that can be improved, especially in the soups and prices of drinks in the restaurant, I think they are a bit exaggerated, but nevertheless a stay to repeat.

The facilities are perfect. 3 buildings: the main one with outdoor and covered pools with a large number of hammocks; opposite the golf building with Italian restaurant; To go down to the beach there is a little train (there is hotel parking but for a fee) the building has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant, separated from the beach by 10m. Great breakfast, dinner not so much. They have a lot of variety of dishes but they are not well cooked.
I don't like the beach; full of shells that cut, dangerous waves. They say it's the best in the area. I dont know...

Regular attention at reception and poor cleaning in the room I think that cleaning is not only making the beds but also sweeping because in the three days that a piece of pink wool that was on the floor passed remained in the same place as when we arrived

Ideal place to rest and disconnect. Large green areas, beautiful outdoor and indoor pool area, spa and gym, as well as table tennis. As for the interior, nice design and very elegant. The rooms are just like the photos on the web, great and with good views from the terrace. The hotel staff is very kind. Obviously it's not on the beach, but by car it's a couple of minutes away. Therefore, highly recommended.
My parents have been in this hotel for six days, good service and a good stay, but they find it embarrassing that the waiters have to hide their tattoos, it seems to them a lack of freedom for those people and an ill-fated image for those responsible for this decision.
Huge park, with different restaurants, stores & hotels on it. Besides, quite a few residencials with nice house with shared swimming pool. Parking you car is a bit difficult, altough there underground parking garages. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of Iskantilla. Prices on the parque much higher than in village or at the beach. If you have car you can ride to Isla Canela or Christina. Before I forget entertainment for kids in the hotels. Everything very clean & waste bins every where. The beautifull gardens are well maintained.

Quiet hotel to rest as it is located in the middle of a 27-hole golf course. Good pool and facilities. Quality food except in August, since many people decrease the level. I recommend going if you like golf

I have not been able to eat on the outside terrace of the restaurant with my pet that also goes in your travel bag, well, for education, respect or someone explain it to me because when I leave my pet at home and sit on the terrace I find with this image ....... Great 4 star golf resort. Excellent 3 nine hole courses. Good sized comfortable rooms. Buffet style restaurant was very good. Could not fault the food variety and quality. Very good clubhouse. And what you need in any hotel, excellent and helpful staff. We will be returning!
This hotel is amazing. Great staff. The beds are comfortable. The included breakfast has a lot of delicious options. The pool is great, although they could use a few more chairs. The main reason why only 4 stars is because the parking is terrible.
A great stay these past 4 days! The staff has been very friendly at all times and the hotel facilities are great, by train to the beach and the Beach Club is a hoot! Coinciding with my birthday, they had a detail with us and they invited us to a bottle of champagne. If I had to make any suggestions, there would be more hammocks in the pool (or more space to put more towels when there are no hammocks available) and put anti-mosquito candles in the restaurants that the hotel has, at night there is a lot and it is very uncomfortable. Otherwise all great!

Quiet, clean, with a pleasant and polite staff. A buffet is above the average of the four beach stars, with quality Highly recommended to stay and enjoy visiting sites in the area. Parking discovered for 4 and underground for almost 14. It is about two kilometers from the beach.

I'm reading some pretty negative comments about the hotel. We have not had that experience, on the contrary, whatever we have asked of them, they have provided it to us immediately. I understand that we are living a very peculiar situation and I think that in this hotel they make a big effort so that everything is up to par. As for the breakfasts, they are organized in shifts, so it does not look crowded. The food is offered by them and the drink is yours. Although it is true that they do not disinfect it every moment, there is alcohol gel for each person to disinfect after use. In no restaurant I have seen that there is a person disinfecting everything, every time someone touches something. We were good

Excellent treatment. We were almost a week. The buffet very rich, the magician incredible, but in general the animation is improvable.

The Hotel is good, receptionist are helpful...very unusual in Andalusians. The Bar is quite boring because most night that I was there with my friends we noticed that only the noises of people talking we hear but no music on Monday and Tuesdays. Live band on Wednesday. Golf courses are OK. We enjoyed it!
