Wonderful service. They were really helpful in scheduling me in last minute and also accommodating a last minute time change. The person that came to clean my place listened to my instructions and left my place clean. I scheduled a move in/move out service for my client's studio condo downtown. Two reps from Elite Housekeeping came and finished the job in 4 hours. I was amazed at the results as the unit was in poor shape after our tenant moved out. It was my first time using their services after a google search. Planning to book with them again in the future!

The best part about elite cleaning is how it s owner run and if her team doesn t do a pristine job...the owner comes in herself and rolls up her sleeves. Her team did a great job with us but when we asked if they could cover more ground, the owner dropped in herself the next day and gave it her best effort!

We had an extremely positive experience with this company. From first contact they were very responsive, pleasant to deal with and I got a sense that I would be happy with them from the get go. Their process and business model is seamless. Now for the cleaners - they were kind, respectful, very professional and deep cleaned every nook and cranny of our home. I contacted Elite Housekeeping on a Wednesday hoping to get my new condo cleaned before I moved in on the following Saturday. We booked move out condo cleaning weeks before for today..during the booking I was clear that its a move out cleaning so need to be detailed..I clearly told that I will be opting for all the add ons except spider webs n light fixtures as we did not have any....I told during the booking that my walls need spot cleaning as there is lot of usage marks on it..I told doors n Windows must be cleaned cooking range will come out for cleaning washing machine n dryer will be cleaned....during the booking lady said she understood everything what we wanted n will send 3 ladies for today for 3:15 hours...I was like okay our condo will be cleaned ....
But results really disappointed us...our walls are dirty n never cleaned..our doors are dirty n never cleaned..our chimney from bottom is dirty n never cleaned. washing machine n dryer was not cleaned..cooking range was not took out for cleaning... blinds were not dusted or wiped.... basically they did nothing from the add ons....
What they did was clean bathroom, kitchen,inside n back of fridge..inside microwave n oven , n top of cooking range n chimney... mopping n sweeping of floor.....
That's it!! N they took 395$ from us...
Since I have a year old baby who was sleeping most of the time I couldn't monitor them else I would have definitely made them do all the cleaning...
Then girls started packing n we were shocked to see that half of what we requested was not even done..then we called n the lady in office told that they have some different booking n your house was really dirty..our girls couldn't clean all because your house was dirty n they already spent more time...
I don't understand where the problem was while booking when I made clear whats needs to be done they should have gave proper instructions to cleaners n booked a long time slot n fulfill all our add ons ...
Really disappointed won't recommend this cleaner to anyone around....paid whole amount as discussed

We needed a condo cleaned for our tenant that was moving in. We called around to a few places listed on Google and they were all $300 or more. Which seemed steep for a 678 square foot apartment. Then we reached out to elite housekeeping their hourly rate was fair and we paid $185 for a cleaning. The tenant was also happy with the service. So def recommend this company!! Thank you, Elite!
