Great brunch on Sunday, and COVID -19 Safe. Excellent customer service, a must-see.

I have stayed many times at the Granduca and I am sad to say this will be my last! The VP of Operations, Larry Bundy is extremely rude and doesn t care about customers. We had issue after issue, including a dirty sock in my pool chair! The final disappointment came when a male maintenance worker wouldn t leave my room as I stood in my towel! The security manager and Larry Bundy insinuated that it was my fault by giving a female housekeeper permission to clean the room earlier. All in all, The Granduca no longer cares about customers. They have zero customer service skills. The management is extremely insufficient and lacking decorum.

This is the second time I ve stayed here. The first time, I came in utter sorrow, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel like more than just a guest. I ve stayed down the road at the post oak twice as well now Granduca wins for class done right. The service is just top notch all the way from the kind housekeepers, who made sure I had everything I needed. The chef who would personally greet us sitting up on our balcony. The hotel has balconies! Also, they have smoking rooms.

Also, they have a smoking section by the pool where I ve written so many chapters of my book. From the hotels excellent Bordeaux and tiramisu, to the cappuccinos served with miniature chocolate croissants.

Go here and lay out, order whatever drink you want, because they are going to make it. Come here to relax and leave teeny bopper nightclubs to the other hotel. The same pianist at saks played here, and he was amazing. Because he came and asked what we wanted to hear. The valet was great, the front desk made sure I had everything I ever wanted both times I ve stayed here.

I ll go back for sure because the hot tub closes at 12, and you re treated like an adult and honored guest at this beautiful hotel.

The Italian restaurant is truly amazing . Excellent taste . Argentina is the name of the waitress that prepared our tiramisu dessert right in front of us for my daughter s birthday.
It was a rally nice experience .

Went for Afternoon Tea. The sevice was not good, waited 45 minutes for anyone to bring food to table. I had to find a manager to help, who was not much help. Once th food arrived it was good, but the experience was ruined for me because of the terrible service.

Room dusty on arrival, in-room bar empty. Food was good and staff was generally friendly and helpful. Some of this can be fixed. And, like allot of places, the staff blames covid for poor service. The big reason for the bad review though is that things were stolen out of our room and the hotel is incommunicado regarding their 'investigation'.

UPDATE: They have contacted me and are going to send me a check to cover the replacement cost. Up grading to 4 stars.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was nice, room was quiet, well appointed, clean.

I attended a wedding here, and the place redefines opulence. From the outside dining area, to the reception hall, and to the staff, it was a memorable experience.

This would be a great place to renew your vows, enjoy a Michelin class dinner, have a second honeymoon or to hold an event.

The staff were all extremely polite and very well trained, from the restroom attendant to the front desk staff, the bartenders and waiters and bus boys and girls.

I've been to quite a few world class girls in my life and Hotel Granduca rates right up there with the best.

Now along with five star service hours five star pricing. The least expensive room starts at $329 a night all the way up to the 3 bedroom super suite at $1,799 a night.

But when you stay at a place of this caliber, you're looking for the opulence and elegance.

The food was EXCELLENT, and of course it was designed to be a fun and happy event so there was an open bar as well.

Valet parking is available, and they even use a disinfectant on your car when you turn it over to them.

Fantastic experience and it made us feel like kings and queens.

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here! We had the Granduca Afternoon Tea with a mix of pastries, savory bites, Prosecco and tea! The staff and service were very nice and everything tasted great!

Best Hotel in Houston! This hotel is an Italian oasis, it feels like a home away from home. My husband and I had a magical experience from the moment of arrival until the moment we departed. Immaculate and large rooms, lovely pool with a jacuzzi. It is the best place to stay and relax.
