Back to the 90s and not in a positive way. I was attending a 2-day training in the area and chose to stay the night due to heavy traffic.
This has to be the crappiest hotel I ever stayed in. It is far from what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Very very outdated interior, unwelcome staff, the shower either freezes or tries to fry you. With a occupation of less than 20% (i expect) they placed me in a room next to the stairwell, very very noisy. Why?!?
It was clean but smelled old, the beds are okay. The receptionist didnt even asked me about my stay, which says enough in my opinion.
Breakfast is okay, but nothing special... not worth the 12 EUR.

I suggest staying at a random hotel in Hoofddorp when in this area.

I am extremely disappointed that I even considered giving this hotel business. I had a trip scheduled for the beginning of May and had to cancel due to travel restrictions from my country due to COVID-19. Also I was going to be traveling with my parents who are of higher risk for the virus. I had several hotels booked around the Netherlands for this trip and most were very gracious in giving us vouchers for our reservation so that we can postpone out trip. This hotel was the only one to refuse to give a voucher which I found extremely upsetting in these unprecedented circumstances. I would have certainly rebooked with them had they given us a voucher for our stay, as I do understand the burden that COVID-19 has had on the hospitality industry. However, I am very dissatisfied with their poor decision and I will now never give them my business.

Nothing special, too old and by that I do not mean the rustic interior but the entire business mentality. It is high time for a major change both internally and externally. A shame because the location is really not bad.

A great place to take a rest! I've been there for 3 nights.

Awesome service, comfortable rooms, perfect kitchen! The hotel's location is excellent! Nearby everything you might be in a need - / / / .

There I found even a landsman. The woman on the reception was a Bulgarian (so as I am), which was like a bonus to me .

The hotel is clean, smart and well run. The food was very good and the staff very helpful and efficient. It was easy to get to the hotel from Schipol airport and also very easy to get to Amsterdam on the train. We had a great weekends stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very pleasant environment to stay. Welcoming staff and very friendly. The choice of drinks is huge and the food here is always good. The meeting rooms are also well cared for with all the necessary facilities. Only the wifi is rather weak this time. I have never experienced that before.

Stayed here for a work training trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. I was lucky to have room 121 which was large, bright and airy. My colleagues had rooms on the opposite side of the corridor and they were a lot smaller and very dark, even with the lights on. Think I got the better option. The breakfast was really good and they catered for gluten free too, bringing out gf bread every day for two of us. The dining room come bar was good with some great window tables. The main front reception are was light and airy too and felt a bit like ship. Would definitely stay here again of I was travelling to this area. The train station is about 10 mins walk and there are buses too also about 15 mins walk away. We went into Amsterdam with no problem. On both bus and train (trains are quicker).
Although we didn't dine at the hotel in the evenings, there are plenty of places to eat locally which are amazing.

Friendly personnel, spacy, clean and comfortable rooms that even have tea, coffee and a teakettle. Ours was so dirty I didn't dare to use it though. If you need an invoice for your company make sure to check it very thoroughly, they didn't get it right for us the 1st, end and 3rd time :-(

Great opportunity for breakfast, lunch or dinner. ...

Great opportunity for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Straightforward. Great food, decent menu and excellent service. I have reserved for the birthday of my EGA. In combination with the training of one of our boys in the area, it was the perfect place to land that evening. The reservation went smoothly, even after I did not know how many guests we would be at the table that evening. Two tables together or something else; "no problem, call as soon as you know". The evening was relaxed. Excellent service at the table, interested, customer and service oriented.
The food was fine, a carafe of water on the table was no problem. Nice and well-made messages, with ample side dishes. Even the very youngest had sufficient choice. The evening flew by in a good flow. The bill was reasonable, there is still budget room in the short term for another visit. See you soon.

Stayed with a group of 30 for a week. A superb hotel. Excellent staff and service. The food was good, the facilities were good and the location was good with a variety of restaurants in the vicinity. It was close to the railway station. I have no complaints whatsoever and would have no hesitation in urging people to stay there. Polite and helpful staff were a pleasure to deal with.
