Recommended this Hotel. Not that big but cozy. Friendly staff.

Drinking a cup of coffee around 10 o'clock. Was very quiet ... Smells little 'old'.

After a long night of leaving a precious hotel 40km away due to bed bugs this really did it for me and my family. We were absolutely impressed with the rooms, the service was also good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Good if you only want to sleep and have a tasty breakfast in the hotel but do something during the day or go out nearby in the evening is only possible to a limited extent

Nice hotel and nice staff! Food was totally great too.

Minuses were the bluntness of the man behind the desk in the casino, when I stay in a hotel I normally want to be addressed and not "HEY!"
Furthermore, a corridor next to ours was a finishing place for Polish women as Eastern bloc men were constantly walking in and out of the rooms and they made a lot of noise.

This is not the best hotel in the Nederlands. The rooms are clean but old in style. Don't buy the breakfast it is not worth it.

The Easter brunch was very good! Very much and tasty. Super nice that they now offer this.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Can't speak for the rooms since we only ate there.

The service is good and friendly. It has a casino with free snacks and drinks. Lots of parking. Sit on the edge of Lisse close to the Meer en Duin industrial estate.

Hotel somewhat outdated but you do not notice that in the service. Very welcoming and the staff does everything to make you feel at home.

Clean reasonable rooms, good food and also important friendly staff. Also a spacious parking space and wheelchair accessible. It is also centrally located.

It is a pity that we experienced today that a club sandwich consisted of only one stack of 3 half brown sandwiches, camouflaged by a fried egg ....... with some chips. The question about the format was answered rude, very unfortunate! After a lunch you don't have to be hungry again soon

Really nice staff, perfect location for the tulip fields and gardens. Rooms could do with a slight revamp but still very clean and tidy. Also restaurant attached is nice and quite well priced for a hotel.

Will never stay here again and will make sure none of my family and friends go here aswell, rooms dirty no clean complained nothing was changed, had more chargers added on top so what you see on total on the website its not the full price you will be greeted with tourists taxes ect and other hidden chargers reception lady blonde in her 50s was the most rudest receptionist ever foul language very arogant nearly demanding money and making my anxiety go all over the place the her work friend started saying stuff in another language towards me and my friends, this was my first trip to holland and made my stay horrible and will not book hotels with this company ever again.

On the occasion of our wedding anniversary we decided to have dinner in one of the oldest restaurants in Lisse, De Nachtegaal. That was certainly not a wrong choice!

A friendly welcome, a nice seat in the restaurant and attentive wait staff. The kitchen is in the restaurant and you can see what they are doing. Very pleasant and very honest.

The menu gave us a lot of choice and the favorite dishes were available for both of us. Before long, the starter and main course arrived when you were ready.

Delicious! Fortunately not that long waiting and looking at an empty glass, which you sometimes experience elsewhere.

The dessert was also well worth it.

Around us people from Germany, England and France, who were all kindly spoken to in their language.

The house wine is of excellent quality.

All in all, we had a very successful evening; there is a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant.

After the bill was presented, we wondered if everything was there. It was right, so
the final amount was not too bad for us. We will definitely be back soon with friends whom we would like to introduce to such a cozy location.

The breakfast was really very good. The room was clean. Hair-dryer attached in the room, not in the shower, so it's handy - while my husband was taking the shower I could dry my hair without having all the steam around me in the bath. Good idea.

We arrived at night and to find the entrance of the hotel was not easy. It smells smoking mostly everywhere. Two single beds placed together instead of double bed.

Had lunch while cycling. Good food for a reasonable price. Good service although it took a while for the staff tot notice us sitting on the terrace

Stopped for a really good schnitzel on the way back to the UK. If there are two of you, just get the one portion of fried potatoes, plenty enough for two

Cooked kitchen idea of 70s in Poland very lean and moreover apple strudel was aldi and cold inside and fake whipped cream ..... duhhhh nich5 aufwiedersehen

This is a bad work hotel for people working on a flower set

Had dinner at this restaurant yesterday. Quite classy but the prices are normal. Maybe a little above normal but it's worth it. The food is prepared under your nose. The service could be better, but certainly not bad. We will definitely go back.

Enjoyed a delicious High Tea outside on the terrace with all the trimmings.

Amazingly friendly people, great prices and a very quiet place to stay, alot of animation to do with the casino and pool table or just relax in the lounge. Great clean rooms.

Very good beds, good pillows and very clean. Also fairly spacious rooms. Friendly people at the reception too. And the breakfast is good too. So great place to stay. But, it is past glory, and the price is in my opinion too high for what you get in return. That will be due to the location. We were here because of its location, a 25-minute walk from the entrance to Castlefest and a 15-minute walk from the entrance to De Keukenhof. Location is really 6 stars.
A big disadvantage: you pay more than 150eu per night. But the window of the room is adjacent to the front door of the casino belonging to the hotel. People stand there to smoke and talk until late at night. Calling the reception makes little sense. They will go there, but that didn't help. And then they didn't answer the phone again. We finally had to say something directly about it. That helped. So: ask for an even room number.
