Great location, organizational capacity not up to the 5 stars, I saw 2 rooms both had trivial flaws, dripping taps, non-functioning bathroom fans ...
Breakfast good but you expect something cooked at the moment, juices or centrifuges then, not even the shadow, to have a child seat spend 20 minutes and you have to ask 3 people ... below expectations!
To the lucky ones who are staying on the top floors I recommend the umbrella as it goes from an external staircase.

Very over rated, but by location. The manager declined my check in because I had booked through Destinia for half the current amount, paid in advance several months ago. Lied about problems with air conditioning, he lied telling us to upgrade to another hotel. That is, it can not be trusted. Must have happened overbooking and the manager took a larger rate for my room. I warn everyone who, if they get a rate at this hotel, below their normal value, stay tuned. Your check in may be declined as well as mine.

Really had a great experience at Bernini. We had a 3 days high-level work meeting, and all the staff was exceptionally helpful. From back office enquiries to Emanuela; the reception, Dario and Chiara among others; to the meeting staff, Fabio, and waiters, including Fabrizio and Simone, who helped with significant last minute changes of coffe break plans without blinking. Good WiFi. I received good feedback about the rooms too. Highly recommended for stress-free work events.

As a seasoned travelor and hotel contessour I feel this hotel is a 4 star. It must have passed the 5 star rating by its premium location, roof top bar and that it has a spa. But to earn the 5 star ranking it needs to stand up to the in room details that patrons would expect in a 5 star. The sound insulation and noise reduction measures is among the worst i ever encountered in any hotel. I heard Everything happening in the halls and in surrounding rooms on my floor and they really need measures to address heating all the room doors slamming. Food was average. Limited selection on the television. Nice and attentive staff and great location And clean. Just a 5 star comes with high standards for those who pay that price.

Historic hotel, with well-kept rooms. The staff is very kind, the location is excellent compared to the center of Rome, unfortunately the Barberini metro does not work temporarily for those who want to take the vehicle.

The location is extraordinary to move around Rome. The rooms are small and very loaded with furniture that has been totally obsolete. For my taste the decoration and the mibiliario of the hotel in general needs to be renewed. The deal depended on the person who treated you.

The rooms were nice and clean. They have a great complementary buffet breakfast with a nice view. The restaurant on the top floor had good drinks and a great view, we were told the food was excellant but we never ate there. It is also located in a great central location in rome.

The best hotel in Rome, without a doubt!

The best hotel in Rome, without a doubt!
Central and strategic to reach all the sites
historical, cultural and neuralgic of the capital and I would dare to say of the region.
Highly qualified, polite and always available staff
to recommend the best to guests.
Cleanliness, elegance, comfort and a dreamlike view of the city!
Dulcis in fundo, a delicious cuisine above all targets.
Even my dear friend Donald, came to see me
straight from Texas, he complimented me
for suggesting him this grand hotel with a thousand qualities
whispering to me, amicably, that in all his life
he had never tasted such delicious cuisine!

Very centrally located hotel. That was the good. Not to be unfair, it is not bad but not a 5 star hotel, a maximum of 3 stars. The hotel is quite old. Everything is very worn and neglected. The really nice bathroom is moldy (ceiling and joints) and very small. The rooms are very dark (purple / violet), which is a matter of taste.
Booked were two superior rooms, but the beds were significantly different, the beds (Queen & King Size) Our room was only for one person prepared (welcome water, towels, etc.) which, despite the notice was changed the next day. The supply of fresh coffee cups and toilet paper always took place only on request. The towels were partly so worn that they had long cracks. Our room was right on the lift. The lift was heard as promised, but not really natural, all getting in and out. That was very loud and disturbing. The whole week was not dusted.
The minibar prices are extremely expensive (Cola 0.2 L, 8 )
The rooftop restaurant, which has a truly sensational view of Rome, is extremely expensive and serves tiny mini portions. It is so little that you almost do not like what you eat. You go hungry or poor. Nearby there are great restaurants at fair prices. The breakfast is standard and adequate but just not 5 stars. There are doormen who open trolleys and hotel doors and provide a suitcase service. I would like to do without in favor of more cleanliness. Nice outside, but ugly inside.
For the performance offered, the hotel is too expensive and urgently needs a renovation, much is probably charged with the location
Unfortunately, the metro station of line A, which is directly at the hotel, was closed. We had to run a little more but you can not blame the hotel

Room was clean with good size bathroom for European standards. Pillows were not comfortable for my preference. Gym and jacuzzi free for guests' use. Hotel very conveniently located near major points of interest. The Fontana di Tritone in front of the hotel is a good example. It's a Bernini masterpiece. When in Rome, you'll hear the name Bernini a lot. Take notice of the three bees in some of the structures around Rome. That's Bernini's "signature".

There's a restaurant at the topmost part of the hotel. Food was just ok. Could have used more flavor. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The nice thing about eating in restaurants located in hotels is that they don't charge you a sit down fee and for the use of napkins, utensils and the bread.

Nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, but we had a long wait for check-in and impersonal service, plus the least exciting room (little more than a bed, and with drab linens) of our stay in Italy. Although it was easily the most affordable room we had, so everything is relative. It was well located near the Spanish Steps though, and had a nice view from the rooftop.

It is in Bernini square and convenient to go anywhere. There was a service of red wine bottle in the room. There was prosecco for breakfast. If you clean the room, the glass will disappear. Every day a housekeeper comes to the court in the evening. I brought it to you each time, but I was told that the wine glass is in the restaurant on the top floor and I would like to pick it up by myself. It is not a five star.

A great rooftop terrace and restaurant with good views of Rome such as the Vatican. This is a classic style hotel. The food and service are good. Rather bizarre arrangement with the toilets ; neither the male nor female toilet had a lock! :(

If you re going to spend the money stay away from this place. Our stay started with the room flooding, because the shower wouldn t drain. The staff couldn t have cared less if we were coming or going. If you d like to take a hot bath or shower I hope you chose the right time of day, because the hot water his hit or miss. Our water glasses disappeared over the course of our stay and were never replaced. We called and requested wine glasses, but water glasses were delivered. A conference was here all weekend and mobbed out the entire place. It would have been nice to sleep in a day or two, but they started pulling wires every morning bright and early. The walls are paper thin, shout out to the couple in the next room having the time of their lives, and you could hear everything happening around you. Our final morning was disrupted when an employee opened our door with out knocking. This hotel is half completed and the staff isn t great. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy your stay. The location is great and it has a view, but not worth the hassle.

Nice hotel with good views of Rome from our room with a balcony. Food and drink is too expensive for my liking, so we went elsewhere. Make sure you get breakfast included, otherwise you will pay 36 each! Location is good, rooms are well kept and staff are helpful and professional.

Well located luxurious hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast has delicious options and available at good times, in a beautiful airy space. The room itself was impeccable, had its proper identity but all depends if you respond, or are simply not bothered like me, by this type of furnishing etc. Very quiet and excellent mattress and pillows. I would come back with no hesitation.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel which is very nice and in a great location. Too bad, however, that on the last day I had major problems with the water in the shower, which after 15 minutes of running was still not hot. Upon request (not proposed by them) the check out was extended by a few hours. But the "delayed" hot water problem was still not solved, and I was also not warned that the room key would still expire at the time of normal check-in, so I had to go down to have it changed.
Furthermore, cleaning was very poor, only on the last day I realized that near the bedside table on the side of the bed where I did not sleep there was dust accumulated for weeks, and ... a cut toenail, certainly not mine! !!
This is unacceptable for any hotel, but especially for one of this level.

This is an ideal location in Rome. It's just away from so much of the high traffic areas but close to the sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice quaint, quiet and comfortable rooms

No advantages except location. Staff are friendly. However, the room condition is bad and the breakfast is 3 star hotel level. The rooms are generally worn and the day sleeps at night. I checked out and continued until I left. Bathroom facilities are also very ineffective and inconvenient for resting gardens or dryers. Especially, drainage is not good. It really wears out. 5 nights and 2 nights and city tax is 28 euro. And the new sound at night is constant, noisy car sound. No re-accommodation at all.

Superb hotel overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in Rome. Large, well-appointed rooms with classic or modern taste. The Flair restaurant located on the eighth floor enjoys a breathtaking view and delicious Italian cuisine.

The view is well worth the high prices of the hotel restaurant. To do if you are looking for a meal on the terrace of this highest point of the city with a selection of products of excellent origin on your plate.
The mozzarella di bufala is to die for!
