Wonderful people. I booked a vacation for my parents and they were disarming kindness already during the booking process. Unfortunately, due to a serious health problem of my father, I was forced to cancel the vacation. Never has the structure been more correct and helpful in handling the situation. I will always recommend and recommend this hotel and as soon as I have the chance I will personally go to thank the wonderful people I have dealt with. Thanks so much again. Petrelli family

Two months of stay in this family-run property to participate in the modules to become a ski instructor. A fantastic experience and a wonderful welcome. The managers are really nice and helpful, always super attentive and dedicated to the customer. At every lunch and dinner, delicacies were prepared and no two dishes were alike in two months of stay. Absolutely recommended also and above all for the central location in Roccaraso. 5 stars more than you deserve.

Only 3 stars because the food is really poor. For the rest, good value for money

I was in this hotel with my family the seventh after August of some year ago. We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful and the girls in the dining room were great and beautiful. Both at lunch and at dinner, potatoes were served prepared in many different ways and to me they are very hot. The location is excellent and you can reach the square in a few minutes where the shows are in the evening. No negative notes.

We stayed 2 days in this hotel. The friendly staff, very good food, but too many negative things.
Unfortunately the hotel is quite old, the pictures we had seen did not reflect the reality. We had two communicating rooms, but where one socket did not work, a light but a ceiling light. The room was a bit cold.
The breakfast unfortunately was the thing that was scarce more. There was no selection of savory (ham least), there were no yogurt. We kindly asked for the ham for the girls and they satisfied us (the staff are really kind). I think with a little 'commitment to improve the structure could at least improve the breakfast. It is true that it is a 3 star, but the services must be adequate.

Centrally located hotel, very clean, with very hospitable staff.

Good, very good people, kind, very helpful.
The Service also meets the needs of customers.
Suitable for families. For all ages.
To return, even for several days.
