Valet parking. Ample amount of space. Decoration is up to the mark.
Catering is good.
Well managed.

The banquet hall has great interiors. The staff was prompt and polite, and the food was amazing. Overall, a good experience.

Good food. Good service standard. And a good location considering it is in North Delhi.

Everything was fine nothing to worry dinner and breakfast was delicious.

I went to the coffee shop, which had a great ambience but the food was unbelievably awful and the coffee was just water. Ironic isn't it, coffee shop with the coffee taste so bad. And the prices were skyrocketing in there. 6 tiny spring rolls for like 500/- INR lmaooo. My local Chinese store sells at 80/- and definitely tastes a lot lot better

It is very good experience to visit Hotel City Park.Staff is very courteous and service also excellent. No experience of room service as I have not availed so far.

The restaurant is the best experience around the Pitampura area for fine dining in a five star hotel. The food is simply top notch, and the ambience is serene and professional.

Nice Ambience, Vallet Service available, food quality was good and staff was very cordial.

I personally have not ever stayed in this hotel but used it as a very nice and affordable restaurant and have even had many of my functions in the two halls provided here. The main restaurant is fantastic with a very exquisite and calming feel and with the added touch of live music wich can also sing to your suggestions. The food is fantastic especially the pasta and the dal makhani (my 2 favourite foods!). The hall on the other hand is big and even has a balcony where you could situate a nice bar and the live starters. The staff is also very nice

4 star hotel in pitampura. Good for snacks and coffee.

Went there to attend a wedding ceremony. Food was amazingly tasty and ambience was also nice.

Very good ambience and good name in this industry (for party purpose). Decoration of this place is average. Very neat and clean. Space and lightning are ok. 2-3 function can be host simultaneously. Rest rooms are clean but could be more hygiene. Fully availability of parking. Easy to notice in traffic but it's not on main road. Service is good. Food quality is tasty.

Best hotel in North Delhi with Crown Plaza sharing a position. Delicious food and ambience. Perfect for parties and rich experience.

Good food. One of the oldest and better hotels in North Delhi

The staff was courteous and really well behaved especially Mr Aman, The speed of the service is one thing that can be worked upon. Overall the quality of food was really good. Everyone liked the mutton Rogan. If anyone wants to try a good cocktail, can go for after shock.

The folks there are really non hospitality focussed.

Nice and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problems with the WIFI connection vor availability. Just getting new credentials every 12 or 24 hours is a bit cumbersome (sometimes you get credentials valid for 12 and sometimes for 24 hours but thats totally random).
It takes you around 30 minutes from the hotel to Connaught Place.
The only drawback is that they also hold weddings and other parties. At my 7 day stay there was an event every day. So you should not mind that until one in the morning loud music is played. At a wedding they start to drum at 4 pm. It is better to have earplugs with you.

All good. Food very good in the 1st floor restaurant of the hotel.
