The Chunda Palace, well this boutique heritage hotel definitely took me back in time and gave a taste of what royalty would feel like.
It s slightly heavy on the pocket but the experience is worth paying for and worth remembering.

Such a splendid hotel!! Truly Rajasthani royal rooms. I must appreciate the marble art work in the rooms. This hotel has a beautiful, amazing rooftop with breath taking view of Lake Pichola. Their breakfast place is just so mesmerizing. Taking a deep breathe of fresh air with this blissful view and tasty buffet spread. Anyone would fall in love with it. I also dinned in their rooftop restaurant for candle light dinner. Such a mind blowing arrangement, live music performances and tasty food. I ordered kadai chicken, tandoori roti and Chicken biryani. Omg, all of it was so so so tasty. Flavors were melting in! Sheela and other staff management had the best hospitality.

I must mention, beware in winters. These rooms are super duper cold and they don't have sufficiently big heaters to keep you warm. That's the only downside.

It s a place with royal ambience and outstanding hospitality
Its corridors and rooms will amaze you and will make you realise about the great architecture and heritage that India has to offer.
In addition to the hospitality, the food this place serves is amazing with a beautiful view of pichola lake
Don t forget about the open sky swimming pool, gym and other amenities this place has to offer.

Spacious room and bathroom.

We booked this place because of the beautifully painted rooms. But initially we were given a very simple room. We asked them to change our room and they gave us a room we had seen the photos they provided. The food and service was outstanding. The wall and ceiling paints are beautiful here.

Lovely place..i celebrated 14th Feb..with my Valentine..it was superb experience..loved the way they treat the guests..its an experience..
Would love to celebrate and spend some more time at this property..

A lovely Heritage place to enjoy the rooftop dinner. The ambience is mesmerizing and the view around will leave you spellbound. The place has a great architecture and an enchanting view of Lake Pichola.

We went for a valentine's dinner and it was arranged really well. To top it up, the food was delicious. Courteous staff, amazing ambience and lovely food made our night!

Hospitable nd caring staff. Follow all hygiene standards. Great food. Super clean place.

Okay hear me out. Me and group of my friends visited chunda palace in February 2020. The hotel looks beautiful inside out.

The check-in process was extremely smooth. The staff took all COVID-19 precautions throughout our stay. Every staff member always wore masks and they also provide masks in the room which is appreciated. Also since we reached hours before our check-in time, the management was kind enough to provide us the room before time.

Coming to the rooms and the bathroom, they are sooo huge! I m comparing it with Trident which is right outside chunda palace. With a cheaper cost, the rooms in chunda are almost double the size. The beds are huge and they also provide a third bed for 3-guest rooms. The bathroom was big and good. The rooms were beautiful.

Coming to the property, it s very well maintained. You can go the rooftop swimming pool or indoor pool to chill with your gang. They also offer a rooftop dining experience. They have a fireplace at the dining place during winters and also have live music. It offers one of the most peaceful dinners you can have.

How can I forget the Lal Maas! I tried Lal Maas dish almost in 4-5 places in Udaipur but Chunda beats all of them. Probably the best Lal Maas is in Chunda Palace.

The breakfast at the property is quite good. They offer varieties of food for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Two of waiters named Chunilal were extremely courteous and quick with their service. Thumbs on that.

Overall I m very satisfied with the stay compared to the price I paid. Definitely recommended
