Place with lack of maintenance. I think it needs a lot of remodeling.

Wide place where you can perform various activities. Events, parties, festivals, among others, are usually held. Located a few blocks from Kennedy Park. On a very busy street, difficult to park or find a parking lot nearby.
The place needs to be remodeled since it looks a bit old, it has security at the front door.

Good hotel in the center of the Miraflores district.

Excellent center for events and shows in the center of Miraflores, a few blocks from the central church and Kennedy Park. It has good facilities and sound, the concerts there are wonderful. If you go to one that is done there is a good experience and good investment of your money. There are hotels and restaurants around and can be accessed by public transport that passes through Arequipa Avenue or the metropolitan system.

Nice space. Clean and organized. The bathrooms clean and with toilet paper. I did not like the quality of the chairs and the space between one chair and another. The entrance and the exit in the event that I attended, was in an orderly and quite helpful way.

Shower with little pressure, hot water varying with moments of cold water, carpeting in the room with strong smell, bathroom with water leaking through the floor after the bath! Basic but satisfactory breakfast.
