Don't take it for granted
Good and kind

Undoubtedly a very beautiful location, including many spaces and services, including a spa and an outdoor swimming pool (the latter included in the room price, for guests), as well as several green areas, to spend a few moments even in solitude, a restaurant outside (also available separately from the hotel), a small church (which I don't know if it is ever used), sports facilities and various rooms for conferences and meetings.
Breakfast includes several products although the emergency medical situation for Covid-19 has forced us not to be able to serve ourselves at the buffet but we must always "disturb" the available and patient staff members. In fact, the cordiality and patience shown by all the staff also commendable also for guests who are not particularly polite. The clientele is still of a certain level but this, unfortunately, does not guarantee its elegance (small parenthesis).
The rooms are huge, with a spacious bathroom with a window and with air conditioning that automatically switches off when the window is opened. Next to the bed there are various controls for the lights, the air conditioner and to turn on the "do not disturb" symbol to be displayed outside the door.
In short, an ideal place for a comfortable holiday

I was at this property as a guest for a dinner of 3 newly graduated friends, who invited not only kids but also relatives and friends of their parents, bringing several guests to the restaurant ... dinner (at Buffett) was a disaster, not so much for the quality of the food (on it I would say only because of the overcooked pasta, but maybe they are tastes) as for the quantity more than ate we nibbled ... I have a lot to say about refusing to bring the staff drinks requests, and to refuse first and then to have made several stories to sell them more to what had already been agreed by the celebrated using as excuses phrases such as "decorum of the room" when no one and I emphasize no one had caused any damage. And above all the thing that really bothered me was how some members of the staff treated the DJ (among other things a friend of practically all the guests) who at the end of the evening in front of some guests (including me) have, in tone hard and in a bad way, accused the dj of making him late to close, when the same dj was there for work and then in the interests of the celebrated ... (in short, you have complaints maybe even justified to the organizers of the party not in the center of the room in front of the guests and against a person who will also be external to you but is still working) ... however summary of the evening: for the "decorum of the restaurant" you eat little, drink less, and go to bed early ... bad

It is a magnificent hotel, it has lots of additional services and activities.

Beautiful location for holiday ceremonies and conferences

I have been to the wedding of my friend Samuele, and the structure is elegant, with a panoramic swimming pool, unique in its kind, and nevertheless the staff knows how to make you feel at home. MIXED SPIRIT FRITCH at the top! Fresh seasonal ingredients. Manual fried creams. Thanks!

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, a really nice and pleasant structure for a relaxing and working stay. Possibility of tennis courts, SPA, parking, massages. As already mentioned, we must not forget an excellent continental breakfast, rich both for the dessert department and for the jump. Beautiful and enjoyable the beautiful outdoor pool very well managed, clean and quiet.
A discordant note: the restaurant, perhaps in trouble for two weddings on the day of our arrival: it is necessary to book, the menu card was missing, small but gentle staff, for which a long wait for orders. Still great judgment especially for the hotel.

Vegans go elsewhere. We are going to eat my girlfriend and I on Easter day, together with my family, knowing that we would have a specific menu for the two of us. In a few words we were served the contours of the omnivorous menu (all overflowing do'olio), no second (the others had 2), a saucer of semi-raw rice and a saucer of semi-raw pasta with two freshly cooked tomatoes. In the buffet / appetizer we had to ask for something to be served to us, ditto for the dessert (scarce and improvised too). Note that the head nurse did not even know that the risotto was creamed with Parmesan. Scorretti. Absolute disappointment except for the place that is objectively very beautiful.

The place is nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, but in my living room I had difficulty eating.
Being allergic to gluten, not celiac but ALLERGIC, I was verbally attacked by a waitress who, to my question if I could eat a plate of rice with almonds and asparagus on the menu that was served that evening, gave me the ignorant and the set, because he said if I had the problem with gluten I knew very well that the rice does not contain it, after explaining that being allergic I could go into anaphylactic shock even with minimal contamination in the kitchen, he told me of every with an arrogant, pedantic and offensive, the room manager, intervened, obviously apologized and at the end of the stay, although I remembered at the beginning of every meal that I had this problem, I was served a plate of penne with gluten ... which, unfortunately, having been cooked specifically for me because in the set menu there were lasagna ... I ate one ... and ... you can imagine the rest !! Thanks for everything ever again!

Dream location, really beautiful and well kept in a relaxing location. Dream rooms very spacious and well furnished with every comfort. Varied and abundant breakfast with desserts made by themselves. We can stop for weeks, given the many activities offered. The restaurant did not satisfy me at all, perhaps because of a convention which provided countless guests, the food looked like a communal canteen.

I was here for a conference. The structure is majestic, imposing very beautiful. Maybe a little dated in the organization. Lunch seemed to relive the 80s' but maybe that also depended on who had brought me to eat. a very disorganized buffet lunch.

Excellent Hotel well cared for in every detail very clean and elegant in every place. In this Hotel we eat very well, the food is excellent and the service is very fast.

1) Wonderful place with spaces equipped for large events, however you have to learn to relate to the type of event and the diversity of the clientele present ...
2) Staff often in difficulty by the number managed and their way of dealing with situations is truly exemplary ...
3) Good food but the dining room staff went out of their way to handle very small portions; I want to admit the cost management for the latter but obviously more could have been done on the former ....

Very beautiful the place, in the hills, with beautiful views, a few km from the sea and from Ascoli Piceno. Excellent facilities, swimming pool and tennis courts included in the room price, good breakfast. Also available a restaurant, which we have not tried. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Great in almost everything, rooms furniture to renovate.
