There was all sorts of things wrong with waiting an hour and a half, but a kind of soup and a kind of vegetable no raw vegetables no ice cream at all and a drink with almost nothing in it This does not deserve a beauty prize We have been coming here for so many years but this was the last time

Go to this hotel quietly, even in this corona time As a solution, a starter table at the tables, on which the breakfast tray and dinner are placed! And yet friendly table service! Neat clean right! On the cozy village square in beautiful surroundings! Book and enjoy! Don't forget, the cook here is doing his best, we had a delicious meal! (thanks Schoonderbeek family)

My parents were here to eat yesterday. The bouncer was stale bread and the eggs too hard! According to them, the 100 euros was not good while there was nothing wrong with this (have it checked) We will never come here again!

Simple hotel tidy. Have not eaten there yet, day 2. operation very friendly. And the food just okay. Nothing wrong with that. Photo could be better. Maybe a few amplifiers in between. Small trouble have fun. Because of the rain games on your tablet

Nicely situated cozy hotel on a village green with a cozy terrace. Friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet where you can bake your own eggs and bacon. We had a simple clean room in the old part, there is a new part behind the old part with more luxurious rooms.

Nice hotel, but service could be better, poorly experienced staff, ordered cappuccino with Frisian orange cake, they bring the cappuccino and they say that the orange cake has run out, normally they should have come to tell us so we could have ordered from the neighbors. Then ordered a beer after all, 0.5 liters belong in a 0.5l glass, and not in a 33cl glass, so that the yeast at the bottom of the bottle can also be poured immediately. Finally, annoyance 3, yes you can pay, also the Frisian orange cake that we did not have was on the bill. So pay close attention to ordering and paying.

Day cycled in Gaasterland. Beautiful setting, beautiful trip. Used lunch at Boschlust. Never had such an atmospheric, tasteless and easily prepared sandwich. "3" for the cook. And it was still their topper according to an age-old recipe. Pine and pumpkin seeds should have been allowed to get fried and give the dressing some flavor. The brown mud on the bun also tasted like nothing. In short, Boschlust, that price includes a decent sandwich.

The service is really good. Unfortunately the menu is only in Dutch. Pancakes seemed a bit greasy to us and bitter bars are standard from the freezer. Selection somewhat limited. The interior is rustic and is already showing its age, but one tries to keep everything in order.

I was at Hotel Restaurant Boschlust for a birthday party with family. The staff is very friendly and the catering excellent. Both the drinks and food were of high quality. The ambience is also very good, it's authentic and a bit like home. Highly recommended for events!

The rooms were very small and too cramped. I had to occupy the second bed over the foot end. Also in the bathroom could only be 1 person. The room would be ok as a single room The staff was friendly and accommodating

Nice opportunity for a green (!) In the Frisian town of Oude Mirdum. You can relax both on the terrace and inside. Smooth and friendly service. The card offers enough options to choose from. Perhaps a bit more variety with warm food, vegetables, would give an even better rating.

Hotel part rooms are small, room 5 only has an opening skylight. You can only look at the stars there, just looking out is not an option. You can walk around the bed, but it will stop there. These rooms are out of date in my opinion. That is why we booked an upgrade of 26.00 to one of the renovated garden rooms. The beds and bathroom are good, bathroom renovated, looks good, only no extraction system? a hole with a grid in the ceiling. The chairs in the room were downright bad, the springs just barely pierced through the fabric. When I reported this to the owner, the owner said she had heard that before. I would say do something with it. Staff is very nice and helpful, evening food is delicious. Breakfast is very simple, you can bake an egg and bacon on a 2 burner stove ?? The owner of the hotel is a bit special, my wife was told at half past eight in the morning, would you finally wake up? After we had breakfast she started talking about the bill, we hadn't paid everything. In the breakfast room we were kind of called to the mat. After dinner we had asked for the bill and that we would like to pay everything at once. But apparently the waitress had forgotten to accept the weekend surcharge? in the breakfast room it was made clear that she was going to explain it to her one more time, because she just did not understand. I think the owner does not really understand much about it. Breakfast was really a letdown in this way. Too bad that a nice weekend has to end this way.

Food was excellent both the black angus steak and the lamb stew, in addition, the service was very friendly. The restaurant is dressed up and does not look crowded. Definitely recommended for those who want to eat very tasty for a nice price.

August 16, 2016 Cozy terrace, good family hotel, very suitable for a visit to the Gaasterland. Beautiful Frisian villages, the population is friendly and life is quiet. Excellent cuisine. We had a wonderful holiday. We could only appreciate the music evening at the Brink less, but this is personal.

Great simple, regional hotel, nice location. With friendly parsoneel, decent and complete breakfast buffet and a surprisingly good and creative kitchen. Rooms a bit dated but spotless and with good beds. Average priced, good value for money.
