The hotel is cozy and clean. The location is convenient as it is very close to the center. The breakfast is plentiful.

Had an excellent stay. Elis made our stay THE BEST, he is truly a jewel! Good breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

There is a luggage storage 5 per day. The staff was kind and polite.

A family run hotel with a long history in its shoulders. Excellent service, great hospitality value for is money. 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes walk from everything else.

Good hotel, well located and rich breakfast. During the stay no problem, but what I want to emphasize is the super friendly and cordial attention of Elis, the day receptionist. He solved and gave me help in every situation that required it. Rarely does one meet someone who does his job with such diligence and with such cordiality.

Hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok. They had pastries, cereal, bread, yogurt and coffee and juice.

Florence is not very big and everything is close to go walking. Very friendly staff. Very clean and our room was fine.

Very good location with bus and train. A little walk to the historic center. We go with child and it is not far.

Careful details. They do not have a power cut when leaving the room, which is very positive if you leave a device, mobile, etc. charging.

As there are mosquitoes in the area they have the detail of putting insecticide in the room plugged in.

When fixing the room they leave the conditioning set to a mild temperature. When you come from walking around the city a lot, it is a detail that makes you feel at home.

The perfect breakfast. Variety. Cappuccino if you ask for it made to order ... Friendly staff. Great.

You can leave your luggage if you leave the city later and have already left the room.

Keep in mind that it is a 3-star hotel and there may be some detail that could be improved, but it is perfect for the hotel category and the price.

I will definitely return to Florence and to this hotel.

The Hotel Bocaccio, just one block from Terminni, in Firence, Very nice modern hotel and in an unbeatable location in Florence, I was very well attended.

I was there with my boyfriend both in February (two nights) and last week (one night). In both cases the stay was pleasant, rooms tidy and clean, breakfast good and plentiful. The location is great, just steps from the Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo. During the last stay we also took advantage of the Excelsior discounted parking which is located within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Super location, and the hotel is clean, comfortable and basically across the street from the Firenze train station. Elis is the best staff yet to have experienced: professional, funny and super helpful! A great guiding session, ordered tickets, recommended good restaurants and made reservations. His passion for excellent customer experiences made the stay truly memorable. Thanks!

Central and strategic location. Next to the station. Classic style but overall dated. Friendly staff. Rooms with a view.

Support for 2 nights in a single room. The decor is old but clean and with a certain character, with the parquet the room, although small, is pleasant. Do not miss the fridge, the safe and above all the air conditioning. Serious flaw for the sheets that had dark haloes. Breakfast not very varied but served in a nice bar that overlooks abroad and you can ask for anything else. Excellent location in the center very close to the station. New fixtures that limit the noise even in my room which is on the first floor and overlooks the street. 10 stars to the staff: prepared, fast, nice. Never found better.

In a central position, very close to the Santa Maria Novella station, a stone's throw from the historic center. Room too small, small bed with an old smell. The bathroom had a door that opened onto a terrace that connected to another. I found this detail unsafe, however I had no news. There is too much noise on the street that is clearly heard and does not allow adequate sleep. The hair dryer was not very functional. Breakfast starts at 7:30 in the morning. I left earlier so I can not give an opinion. I was on the first floor, the wifi has good signal and is fast. The security box could not make it work. There was no air conditioning but heating. Its location is good one block from the SM station and a few minutes from downtown. For one night it is passable. More time not.

Already 4 times in Florence and this hotel still is one of my favorite place to stay and relax.
A lot of new big changes from this 2018, starting from tasty coffee and high speed wifi conection. There are works in progress for a a new opening caffetteria just inside the hotel.
Absolutely will be back on my next trip.in florence.

People working there are very friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is in a small restaurant next to the hotel and had good selection of brioche, cereals, bread and others. I will go back there for sure

It is highly recommended, for the second time I stay in it and see many improvements, breakfast is included and is very good. The location is excellent. For booking in advance I had an excellent price. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

By far my worst experience with a hotel in Italy so far. To start off, grossly over priced as I have paid 135 euros for a night with the view of a wall (I have uploaded a picture of my fantastic view of the wall) and a bathroom that is was too small. My room smelt like food constantly even though I had not eaten in it once. The service was appalling as well, with a manager that said "I will teach you a lesson" when I asked to cancel my reservation. Yes, those were his exact words. Moreover, when I asked for an electrical adapter I was asked to come and get it rather than it being delivered to my room. The only two upsides to my stay in this hotel was its proximity to the train station and it's "relative" cleanliness.

Great value for money, great for location, 2 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Clean hotel, good breakfast, helpful and competent staff. For smokers there is a nice terrace where you can smoke in peace and have no smokers. Recommended.

Staff was fantastic. We booked last minute and Elis did a great job getting us in. Hotel room was small by American standards, but perfectly acceptable. Would definitely stay again!

A great hotel. Convenient location next to the train/bus terminals that's a 10-20 minute walk from the major attractions. I got a great deal at Hotel Tonight, less than 60 Euro/night since there were extra rooms. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and I couldn't hear any noises. Air conditioner controls are limited and it makes the room very cold when you are away. Free breakfast was nice. Front desk staff are helpful and speak English.

At 65 euros a night, this was a fantastic hotel. It was clean and the customer service was amazing. You can store your bags there after checkout, which was also helpful. The breakfast was also good. The downside is that the room was small.

If I were spending 100 a night, I would expect a slightly bigger breakfast spread, bigger room, and a bigger TV. All that said, I would come back.

The manned luggage storage at the hotel is very clean and friendly. A lot of other tourists use it.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. The only observation, if possible, ask to be placed in a room overlooking the internal courtyard, otherwise the noise from the street will force you to keep the windows closed!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very near Firenze train station, only 2 minutes walking.
Elis is a very funny, friendly and kind staff. With his suggestion, we had a great time in Firenze with our short time. We traveled to almost famous places and enjoyed delicious galeto as well as went shopping joyfully.

Hotel near the center and the station but not comfortable rooms, lights that do not work, or broken ceiling lights in the bathroom where there is not even an alarm if someone feels bad in the shower ... not to mention the door that does not close !! ! The structure must be renewed and cleaned !!! There can be no black curtains from the dirt in the corridors and in the rooms ... above the wardrobes you can't see a plastic slipper. Gentlemen need cleaning and modernization ... I will never go back to that structure

The young male staff expressed their interest in traveling to Korea, and the reception was held in a good atmosphere. Early check-in and early check-out were both ok.
The rooms are a bit dated and made of wood but they feel very well maintained. Finally, it's really close to the station.
Recommended if you are looking for a 3-star line.

It was a confortable estance. The hotel is very good locted. The staff is very polite. The rooms are small, but they are clean. All the hotel smell strange, but i am colombian and every italy smells strange for me. The brakefast was very good with fruit, ham, etc. It is noisy due to the street.

Breakfast is served in the adjacent bar. Normal products. Paid ninety euros for one night. Fair price. Recommended

The staff Domenico Stefano and Ronnie the best. Domenicos mother Maria prepares a very good breakfast. Staying at Hotel Boccaccio is like being with family and would stay here again. Any kind of help needed is always provided. So glad I found this wonderful hotel. Thank you all Robert
