Absolutely Wonderful!!! I wonder how this hotel has just 4 instead of 5 . I am not aware of the polish standard/policy to earn the 5th , but for sure I felt like to be in one of the best hotel ever in my life. The interior design is very well thought in each detail, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms to the bar to the restaurant to the private club to the shared areas etc etc. Absolutely fantastic! Customer service absolutely friendly, helpful and professional. Quality of food for breakfast was very good and when it comes to dinner it goes to very high! Spa area extremely nice with the master piece of the Jacuzzi outdoor. The hotel is 2 steps aside from Krupowki central street, therefore in the heart of Zakopane, having a big private parking area. Only recommendation is to put more often salt in the parking and surrounding area because ice generates pretty quick and easy and make a bit difficult to walk around there above all in the evening. So delighted me and my wife chosen this hotel for my birthday and our snowboarding week. Definitely highly recommended. We will surely be back, looking forward to the next time. As said at the beginning, in 2 words, Absolutely Wonderful!

I ordered a superior room through the Boocking , and got a standard with the stone wall view (
this is very sad and unpleasant. Its not like the photo absolutely.
I asked at the reception, a very polite lady said all the rooms are the same and small,
But it is not true.

Great SPA, delicious breakfast & beautiful interior

Nice place, perfect location. Amazing breakfast, best ever. Parking lot is OK, staff is nice. Waiters are not good English speakers though.
Wellness and gym is smaller then expected, but perfect.

I was in Aries 3 times already and I always have an amazing stay. This place is extraordinary. Staring from people who work here, very nice and helpful people. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, there is a lot of wood, stone and stunning materials carefully picked on every corner of this place. Breakfast is just the best I have ever seen. There is everything you can wish for. If you want something that is not available, they will make it happen. Rooms are cosy, swimming pool is small but I have never experienced crowd there. 2 great playrooms for children keep them busy every day, so parents can have a break. There is also a gym and SPA available for guests. We will be coming back here in the future and I recommend it 100%
