- Inedible food, starving especially when having ANY dietary restrictions (veg options limited to green salad, grapefruit and tomato, no gluten free options)
- Rude staff, treating guests with an unacceptable attitude, no response to given feedback
- No control over guests ignoring the rules of spa and sauna area, making the experience a burden (noisy kids running around, loud groups entering the sauna lounges in swimming suits and plastic flip flops)

Amazing hotel on the beatufil polish seaside. Worldwide standards. New and clean rooms. Superb aqua park area with handful of attractions for both adults and kids. Breakfasts are delicious with all Yopu can eat formula! Highly recommended!

The swimming pool service is a complete disaster. The stuff is selling the multiple entry pass which should work with no limits, but after several visits the stuff starts minute count which comes as a huge surprise. Once you leave the facility you are asked to issue an extra payment per minut charge (like you carry cash or cards in the swimming pool form you hotel room.) Room charge is not supported. So for a 5 Star hotel it's quite a fall back in the 80s.
If you mention the swimming pool stuff that you will come back later to cover the extra charge they will treat you with security. Absolutely NO GO for a 5 star hotel.

Kids friendly, great SPA with kids pool and a great sauna area. Totally worth visiting!
