Well the View is the only reason why I m giving the two stars. First AC is old and weak second the toilet is 1m square, as a tall person I found it difficulty to do my business third WiFi does t reach the room.
disappointing! there were ants in the room and I left with itchy skin and bites! And wi fi doesn't work at all! Also on the roof of the hotel is a terrace with a nice view, which is why we chose this accommodation, but the ladies at the reception refused to open the door!
Very good hotel. The staff is friendly and helps you whenever you ask something. The rooms are spacious and clean. We did however found our A/C not working. Since we were here in January, that wasn't a problem, but it could be one during summer. From the hotel pool, you have a great view over Porto Pi and the ocean. The breakfast is also very good, offering fresh and various foods.
This is not a hotel you pick as a first choice. I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for the 4th of July weekend due to our trip being planned pretty last minute. This hotel is definitely overpriced for the service, condition of the hotel, and lack of amenities. This hotel needs some renovations for sure. The rooms smelled like moth balls & bug spray. The WiFi barely worked, there were cracks in the wall, rust on the balcony & elevator, the bathroom is EXTREMELY small and uncomfortable, & the all of the staff besides one woman was very rude. I stayed in a suite & was still very underwhelmed. Also, the bathroom light in my suite kept going out so trying to get ready for the nightlife was frustrating being as though I was doing my makeup in the dark. I brought it up to the front desk multiple times and no one came to fix it. The food wasn t bad and the pool area is okay, but there s definitely better hotels in the same area.
The only drawback is the distance from the city but you get tranquil neighborhood with beautiful view of the harbor with the cathedral in the background!
We enjoyed a couple of nights
staying here for a visit in Palma and were happy with the room upgrade we received,
the newly renovated interiors , with large front ocean panoramic view facing as well their Mediterranean garden and swimming pool ,
are very bright and sunny ,
We enjoyed the spacious bathroom offering both the choices of jacuzzi bathroom and shower,
As well as the sunny terrace where you can admire some regattas races.
The tapas bar offers good refreshments, Spanish wines , cocktails and simple snacks to go with ,
During the most visited months keep an eye on your belongings or the staff won t be responsible for it.
Overall there s a very good quality for price value and the hotel is very close to the commercial area of Porto Pi where you can make the most of the island life .
We love coming here! The staff are so nice and forthcoming.
They have the absolut best view overlooking Palma city and the port.
