To be honest this hotel just ruined my trip. I have expected the room to look the same as what they posted but it was not at all. I am really disappointed. JUST BE AWARE AND DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED ONLINE

Had a lovely stay. The room was clean, quiet, with comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. We had a view of the city. Location is convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and museums. We were able to walk where we wanted.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was luxurious without feeling pretentious. The staff was incredibly friendly. The not so mini bar has everything you need to be able to stay on property. Only complaint would be the lack of bathrobes to lounge around in, and I will look forward to when the spa may safely reopen.
This place was really great.... Great views, great room, weird tub(filled from the ceiling)...Fantastic restaurant downstairs... Staff were awful though. Particularly the desk clerk named Shawn. Rude, dismissive and somehow managed to sneer at us from behind his mask. I'm not sure why he feels so free to judge guests to the hotel...but he should not be allowed to work with humans.
I must say, this stay was expensive; however, the front desk staff, the guest services staff, and the cleaning staff made up for every cent. Personal service means a lot to me, and the entire staff made my husband's birthday week extremely pleasant. Triana, at the front desk was knowledgeable about the city and all of her recommendations was spot on. Shean, the manager is a true professional and was very charming. I will stay here again.
We enjoyed our four night stay at Hotel 1000. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff friendly. The location was great and easy to get around to the Seattle attractions.
Great location with beautiful rooms that were impeccably clean. However there were multiple issues that are unacceptable for a 4/5 star hotel at this price point.
Dishonest representation of a "water view" room, damaged carpet, inoperative refrigerator, damaged/poorly installed bathroom door, no device streaming to the TV, and lots of street noise through the thin windows, beds just OK.
None of these items individually were a deal-breaker. But when taking into consideration we could have stayed in almost as nice of a room with less of these issues for half as much money, I can't see us staying at an LXR property again.
Very overpriced for the little amount of services they provided. There was no guest services, the valet service had one person so it took a while. The rooms were good but we had a view towards a black wall and they could not change our room because their system was down.
We decided to stay downtown for a night when we were attending a concert at T-Mobile park. This place was about a 15-minute walk away, so the location was perfect. The room was priced right, spacious, beautiful and had a mattress almost as good as the one we have at home! Bonus for a gazillion pillows. We will be back!
