It's a two sharing room, I was there for 3 days . All basic facility is there including canteen with unlimited meals per token. Can't compare with commercial rooms outside but is sufficient for students stay.

I am doing my internship at IITB and I got accommodated at H2. I'm not very happy with the rooms. Actually these hostels are very old. New hostels are way better and spacious.
H2 - There's barely any space.
Although, it is better than H5 when we consider space.
My room's ceiling needs repairing too.
Other facilities like mess, reading room, etc. are quite good.
PS. In the pic I've uploaded there's still space beside the bed on the right side.
Foods are very excellent and cost is also very low. But hostels rooms for b. Tech are medium quality.
It's the boys hostel for boys of 2 nd to 4th year.inside IIT complex of Mumbai.
My second home , . One of the best senior hostels in IIT Bombay with bigger rooms than other hostels and AC study room right next to the gymkhana (a fancy world for students.consists everry thing.)
I was resident hostalite from 93-95.Enjoyed my stay. In summer also canteen use to run.
This hostel is one of the oldest hostel of IIT BOMBAY. The rooms provided here are not much maintained. Cement were coming out from the room where I stayed. The mess of this hostel is also Not much good. During dining time dogs were walking near the food table.(hostel 15 mess is very very good in IIT BOMBAY). But Bathrooms of hostel 2 were good and clean

First of all I wanna congratulate IIT Bombay for arranging Techfest like no other fest. This institution is a beautiful place having such nice environment and their hospitality also above my expectations. Coming to this hostel it's rooms are tiny but nicely kept and toilets n bathrooms are also kept very clean . It's an amazing 5 days staying at this place.
As hostel its not good. There is a good stationary store
Awesome place for fun and stay . The room of this hostel has supremely beautiful balcony with touching beauty view.
