In 1926, the society opened its first hospital exclusively for children - Hospital Infantil de Curitiba.

It has over 370 beds distributed across various specialties such as cardiology, oncology/hematology/bone marrow transplant unit (BMTU), neurology/neurosurgery/rehabilitation unit (NRU), gastroenterology/hepatology/nutrition unit (GHNU), among others.
The hospital also has a research institute that conducts cutting-edge research in various fields of pediatric medicine. The Pequeno Príncipe Research Institute (PPRI) has over 200 researchers and collaborates with several national and international institutions.
