Signed on Oct 2024. Extremely disappointed in the office staff moving 2 of our beloved CNA’s from us.
One ended up being told she was terminated (because she was a truthful whistleblower,) and another one who brought joy and excellence into her profession. Closer than family. The corporation does not apparently realize how close we get to the staff that enters “our “ home.
I’ve been grieving after our CNA since last January, has been assigned to a different office! Her last week was last week, before Labor Day weekend 2025.
The 2 CNA’s that we approved were excellent! I’m debating on changing companies.

The hospice services provided by HSOAL were outstanding. They took great care of my family member and made their final days as comfortable as possible. The staff was attentive and kind, and they truly cared about the well-being of both the patient and the family. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.
