The service has gotten extremely poor and the location is dark and depressing like a cold hole in the wall my daughter got worst and ended up in a psychiatric facility after returning for just a few weeks of council after being asked to pay $35 dollars for a missed reschedule from the confusing front desk girls i requested a final report even offered to.pay have yet to recieve it

Whew! Poor customer service. The receptionist could not answer basic questions on whether or not they complete the substance abuse evaluation for driver restoration purposes.
I have been going here for over 5 years. I was referred by several people. This is the best counseling agency I have been to and trust me I have been to many. The customer services is great! The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They see court ordered clients too and when they have to report the non-compliance clients get mad and write a negative review, so unfair. Black owned and the provide EXCELLENT services, they help so many people, don t be fooled by the negative reviews. Try them for yourself or refer them to someone in need, you will be satisfied like I am and so many others.
There s so much good things to say. I am baffled by the negative reviews but others lash out on others when the problem is within. I was referred by my insurance company 2 years ago. The employees and my doctor have been wonderful. They are thoughtful and polite. I have never experienced any negative behaviors. And to say they are not 100% professional and 100% for their patients is just wrong! This is one of the best places in Oakland and Wayne county to receive real quality help. They will always have a loyal customer with me.
