My father passed away suddenly while I was out of town. I drove straight to Horan & McConaty from the airport the next morning. I visited with Tiffany at the Aurora location. She was so thoughtful, caring, and helpful. Planning the service was made easier with her assistance. She was patient with me, my mother and my son and allowed us all the time we needed to make decisions. She explained all of the options and followed up with me to ensure that we didn t miss important deadlines which can happen when you re grieving. I couldn t have done it without her.
