Not the cheapest, probably the best. They did our roof in one day while we were out of town. We got home late one evening and did not remember that the work had been done until we went to the store and returned home and saw it. The grounds around the house were just as we'd left them. They did a GREAT job taking care of the house, our shrubs, etc. Additionally, the warranty is exceptional. I anticipate this roof will last well beyond the years we'll be in the house and potentially beyond the years the next owner is in our home. These are real guys. They treat you with respect and do a professional job. So happy to have made this choice.
Excellent Experience with Andrew and Mario and staff!! We had a roof placed on with them in 2012. We were very happy with the job the first time. In 2017 (five years later on the warranty), we had a leak which we thought was possibly a result of the roof in 2012. They sent someone out from Cumming GA to Chattanooga, TN. within a week. They were going to replace the roof and replace our drywall on verification of water entry. They verified that it was not the roof but the chimney (structure) after lifting up all the shingles. They found out that we needed to replace our chimney cap/shroud and re-seal our chimney plus minus re-mortar brick. They cleaned up and touched up all the flashing when re-examining their previous job also. They should have technically billed us for sending the crew out when they found out Hopewell was not at fault, however they did not because Andy said he did not want to add to our needed costs. We really appreciated the work, and I HIGHLY recommend using this company for roofing needs. EXCELLENT service! TEN STARS out of five.
My wife and I recently had our roof replaced due to wind damage and based on the excellent reviews we chose Hopewell Roofing to do the job and to replace the gutters as well. From the very beginning James was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the process, and made working with the insurance company much easier. He answered all the questions we had, and was very proficient in lining up the crews for the jobs. Hats off to all the crews that replaced the roof. They were very professional and completed replacing the roof in one day which included a complete clean up. As luck would have it, a down pour of rain came just as the old roof had been stripped down to the wood which caused damage to the ceilings inside our home. James immediately started working on getting his crew of painters out to repair the damage. The gutter crew also completed the job in one day and were very professional. We had a very good experience with Hopewell Roofing. From the time the dumpster was delivered into the driveway to the completion of the project including all of the cleanup was less than two days. The product used was far superior to was was on the roof and it just looks great. I would highly recommend Hopewell Roofing.
When I went over the following list of issues with Brandon (I had not previously met him until he came for payment), he literally told me, "Most of our good reviews started out bad." This is something I wish I had known before hiring Hopewell for a roof replacement. The dumpster was supposed to be delivered the day before replacement, but did not arrive until the day of replacement after tear-off had started. It was put in front of the garage where my car was parked, leaving me blocked in until the next day when it was picked up, despite my being told it would be picked up the same day. When I pointed out that the driveway had been cracked, I was told it was like that before. This was from a man who had spent a total of about 20 minutes at my home. I have been in my home for over 20 years and no, it was not cracked before. (photo attached) I was not told that my year-old attic fan was going to be removed and roofed over. I only discovered this after the roofers left and I could get outside for a better look. This is when it became clear why half of the power to my upstairs had gone out. They obviously cut something while removing the fan which caused the power outage. I also saw a couple of places where there was cellophane material blowing in the wind. The only one I could get a picture of without a taller ladder was where there is a very questionable "hump." (photo attached) I do not know if there are other "humps" where I see cellophane blowing. I had discussed with James (he provided me my estimate) that I was going to eventually replace areas of my siding that had not already been replaced. This just provided an excuse to not be held accountable for the damage to one area of siding that extended 12-14" above the shingles. The absolute worst, irreparable part was the damage caused to THREE of my 25 year-old ornamental trees around my home. (2 photos attached). I saw my trees having the old roofing just being thrown and dropped on them. I went out three or four times to tell the the roofers to please be more careful with the trees. One roofer actually asked me which "one." I responded, "ALL of them!" That did not help. These trees were strategically placed and pruned for privacy. The final straw was when I saw an extension ladder literally falling sideways past my window, hitting a Japanese maple and damaging the fascia and the gutter that it hit before taking off a chunk of my tree and damaging some shrubs. They were very quick to grab the broken branches and toss them in the dumpster but I had watched it happen. Fortunately no one was on the ladder, but that could have ended VERY differently. James began calling me for payment four days after completion. Brandon was supposed to pick up a check, but I wanted to show him all of the damage. He cancelled two or three times with several excuses and, in the meantime, I received three or four calls from James wanting payment. Ultimately, my check did not clear until six weeks after it was dated. Finally, I ended up leaving work early to meet Brandon, but he was 40 minutes late (without calling). By the time he arrived, it was too dark to see all of the damage, but he could see the siding damage. They came back to replace the broken siding, but unfortunately used more caulk than they did siding. That was the extent of their making it right. (photo attached) Also, I'm still waiting for a gutter quote that James was going to get with someone on for me. That was seven months ago. I would not let them back on my property anyway.

Hopewell Roofing & Restoration is an excellent company, they go above and beyond the norm to deliver not just a new roof but to make it an easy process. Being a consultant in the industry we utilize them as a sub contractor quite often and they always do great work. One job that they completed for us on a college campus they knocked on everyone's doors to let them know that they were going to be re-shingling a roof and let them know that there will be some noise and gave a business card to contact them if there are any issues. They do a great job of protecting all landscaping, units, and other items on the job site. One of the biggest complaints on typical re-roofing jobs is nails that cause flats in tires, they do an excellent job to prevent this from happening and even sweep the area with magnets to pick up any that may have fallen. To summarize this is an excellent contractor whom our company relies on for honest evaluations and quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service. I have worked with Andy as well as James and Alex whom all are very educated, professional, and easy to work with. Their great customer service and ease of working with them are two things hard to come by with roofing contractors, if you are in need of a new roof they are one of the best and have very fair prices, I highly recommend them!
Hopewell did an awesome job on our community clubhouse after some recent storm damage. From dealing with the insurance company, meeting with the claims adjuster, to installing the new roof and taking care of the mess...they took care of everything! Will definitely use them on my own home should the need ever arise!

Hopewell roofing was great to me. They came out on several occasions and did an assessment of the roof. The first time they said it was not bad but to keep an eye on it. they called about 9 months later after a storm and said that they had had a lot of damage due to the storm and wanted to take another look at it. They then found enough damage to proceed with an insurance claim. They walk me all of the way through that process and did the job in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend them.

A company representative called me back promptly apologizing for my experience. This speaks volumes as to how much this company cares about its reputation. We would like to take this opportunity to very highly recommend Hopewell Roofing, a GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. Our son recently had his roof replaced for hail damage so we contacted his roofing contractor, Hopewell Roofing. We had a great initial conversation with their representative James Russell. James met with us a couple days later and came prepared with a very professional brochure that contained their roofing guarantee, insurance, and other vital information. He was a very pleasant and personable young man who discussed all of the details and answered all of our questions. After checking out our roof and shooting pictures with his drone, he researched recent hail storm dates and then contacted our home insurance agent together with us in the kitchen. They scheduled a meeting at our house and James worked with the insurance agent and secured approval for our roof replacement cost minus our deductible. James then put together a very detailed proposal. No question was left unanswered and all phone calls and texts were returned very quickly. The contract proposal highlighted all of the actions that would be taken with a detailed description. Upon signing the contract the roof work was scheduled. The material and trailer was delivered when they said it would be delivered. They came the following day and started the two and half day project of working and completing only a section at a time of our large and steep 5000 sq. ft. roof in case it rained. They covered all of our bushes with canvas and even created teepees using plywood over my wife s flowers around the house to protect them. When completed, they did a thorough cleanup of the yard that included using a large magnet to pick up any nails that had fallen. Andy Morrison, the owner of the roofing company, came the first day to meet with us. Brandon, the Project Manager, was there for the whole project and the 10 man roofing crew was led by Mario. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. Brandon and Mario kept us updated throughout the project. They were very good about communicating and kept us informed of every step along the way. The process from beginning to end was smooth, fast, and efficient. We would very highly recommend Hopewell Roofing to our family and friends.

Awesome Experience James was on top of everything and made the roofing expedience great. He had to fight with our insurance company (not naming) but they were terrible & it wasn't until a manager came out while it was raining and saw all the leaks that he approved it and this was after the 3rd time. But we got a new roof from all the damage only took us 8 months due to AllState (Whoops). Needless to say we changed insurance companies. Major props to Hopewell for their courtesy, honesty, & reliability of their product. - Thank you!

Very professional, high quality work! I will forever be a lifetime client and refer people to them. They repaired/replaced a lot of my home and I could not be more impressed with the quality of product and service. My neighbors constantly tell me I have the sharpest looking house in the neighborhood (and theres over 100 homes in our subdivision). It is so easy to get a hold of Andy at any hour and he is very flexible on timelines if you have trips coming up/holidays to work around. They cleaned up the house very nicely. Even with weather delays they made it happen. They were honest the whole way through and brought their nifty drone to show us our rusted chimney cap- so glad we listened to them and changed that as well. Theier gutter guards are GORGEOUS! They are not the cheapy kind they look sharp and work incredible. The pictures are from after and before. They speak for themselves.
