Smoky! Harness racing is ok. We need live cards in this establishment! E- games are like slots; overwhelming odds for the house.

The casino was better before harrah took over. I lived by chicago and the 2 harrah's up there where Soo trash they couldn't make it up there. And they are just as bad here. No real promotions or daily giveaways like they used to
This is one of the places to be if you are into horse racing.
We use to love coming here since they started changing it over the slots are SO TIGHT and LOTS of broke down machines.
The employees have even complained about hating working here now because of the new company.
Use to be our local enjoyment now it's garbage. Also, it's very HOT to the point of being uncomfortable. I gave an extra star for the waitresses who are really good.
It's a wonderful place to go and have a piece of mind and try to win.... cause it's really hard to win there
Buffet was good although not much variety. Great atmosphere but smoke was heavy even in non smoking area.
Don't really like that everything is electronically done. No live dealers
Always a great time. I dont always win, but I always leave feeling like a million bucks.
Games broken. Got the bonus on a game and couldn't even touch half the screen. The game didnt work completely. Just not a place to spend money. Go to southern Indiana. !!!
Crowded, smokey, cramped, too many old outdated machines, deli took 30 mins for a grilled cheese.
Went to eat yesterday. Buffet was super disappointing. Very limited selection of main dishes not your typical well stocked buffet, especially at $29 a person. For that price I would expect a much more extensive offering; they didn t have mashed potatoes, only baked; the salad bar was basically lettuce, cheese, and hard boiled eggs; and they had a small small area of sushi right beside the desserts! However, the desserts were delicious!! The staff was also very friendly, no complaints there. My suggestion: spend your $29 elsewhere. Eat before you get there.
Came for the buffet, and it was delicious. It is not cheap on Saturdays, but the prime rib, shrimp, and crab legs justify the price. Sit where you can see out at the track, even if it isn't race time, as it is interesting to see all the prep they do. In addition to the yummy main dishes, I love the chocolate fountain and ice cream!
Awesome selection! Great desserts and fresh salad bar. I thoroughly enjoy the selection of seafood.
We didn't visit the track or the casino, but we were there for the Mavericks concert on 9/27/19. My husband needs to use a rollator (a walker with 4 wheels) and we were concerned about how to get down to our seats which were below the entrance, down a series of stairs, and 5 rows from the stage. The security staff were simply WONDERFUL, and they escorted us to our seats early so that he could use the wheelchair elevator. Lisa was super nice and she chatted with us as she led us through what appeared to be maybe a staff hallway to the elevator. Thanks, everyone, for all your help!!
As far as the venue itself, this is a fantastic place for a concert. Very intimate and lends itself to a great, fun experience! We'll be returning in the future!!
Very nice, very kind service, I will be going back soon
Not very many quarter basic slots to play and the ones that were there either didn't have lights or sound that worked. Not a fan of penny slots either. The live tables will be nice but combine that space and the space of Laurel Lounge it took away the slots to play that were in that area.
Went there for a concert, people were helpful and courteous to first timers. Great night for an outdoor concert. Won't forget it.
BY FAR THE LOOSTEST &THE BEST AROUND WEEKENDS ARE PACKED FULL OF FUN!!! I HAVE SEEN THE MOST PAY OUTS HEREIN THE HOME STATE!! INDIANA'S BEST CASINO!!!
We was visiting area and seen the casino. Stopped in and played a while and we enjoyed ourselves. Went to our destination and stopped back by. After visiting other casinos around we decided we would return again for the fun and excitement we enjoyed. Gave a 3star rating as this was our first visit and we need more time at the casino as we was on a limited time schedule.
Lots of different games to play, horse racing to watch and bet on. Employees are very helpful and kind. Nice play to relax and enjoy some fun.
Not exactly my fave as I am not into gambling. Decent concert venues, though.
Always fun. Great atmosphere. Lots of amazing slots, if that's your thing. The addition of Live tables are nice. Great experience to watch the horse racing while having dinner at the Homestretch. Side note....the steaks at homestretch steakhouse are freaking delicious. MOST of the staff are pleasant and helpful (a few need to get the stick out of their a__$). Overall the Best casino in Indiana.
We stopped every time after visiting with my daughter who lives in Noblesville. Very nice staff and lots of fun games to play. Highly recommend this casino!
This is one of my favorite places to go and eat the good food and play the slot machines
It's okay, maybe things will change with live tables coming in January. I've gone to Hoosier Park when it was owned by a different company, and found more of the electronic slots worked and winnings were easier to get when Centaur Gaming owned Hoosier Park. Staff has always been nice and friendly though despite ownership change. Overall, its a fun place to spend a day, but don't expect to win very much
Better than Shelbyville at bar service. Smells better. Would still prefer no smoking. The live roulette is very slow so if that's your game best to stick with the digital game.
Since ownership changed, we never even feel like we have a chance to come out ahead. They're not even trying to provide the illusion of hope. You start losing immediately and never look back. Been a loyal patron for years and I'm okay with letting the house win, but good lord it's unbearable now.
Horrible that has been my experience with Harrah's Hoosier Park every since it reopened. They have turned the pay out way down and half the machines that are turned on aren't working and can't get them to fix them. I mean it's not running fully so why not keep the machines going that can be played?? Or turn one on next to it. I've lost every time I go. I've tried high rolling low rolling and nothing. I put $40 dollars in a machine the other day and didn't get one bonus or even a paying line hit
The slots aren't very loose. The building is nice and staff are helpful. It would be great if they had a parking garage.
Nice casino. Extremely busy tonight due to horse racing and Randy bachman concert
Lots of good slots
Great Experience....jist they close the entire food court down and you get stuck with eating garbage at the little diner in there. Such a shame for a beautiful and nice casino.
Need more free concerts that's what I look forward to and since new company has taken over there hasnt been as many
The people that worked there were rude. Half the machines were broken or froze on you when playing.
Been more times then we should have considering we never win.last time was absolutely horrible I couldn't get my casino cash to work on any machine went to service center about 1210 pm to find out why I couldn't get it to work the women that took care of me was rude as hell said she couldn't help me because it was after midnight I explained I had been there for a few hours she said so so I asked why I couldn't use my next vocher for the next week she said I wouldn't be able to use that one til 6 am then I went to deli to get a salad to bring home and was told the same about my food club money I spent $350 that night and couldn't get $5 casino cash or $5 food cash .we were going twice a month spending that kind of money or more.and never winning.time to take a road trip to the boat at least we don't lose everything when we go there.
You win but ambition seizes you lose ... if you win immediately, get away from there, it is 100% sure that you will end up playing it
I went to play like I usually do thought I would get a sandwich or something on the way out the door. Waited patiently to be served but when she got to the register she started taking some other people order. I told her I was next and she rolled her eyes telling me she was the only one taking orders so we all would get served. Couldn t understand for the life of me what that had to do me being next, but the attitude she gave me I couldn t let her touch food. I ve never in my life experience that level of unprofessionalism at any casino. Took a lost and got disrespected. They got me this time but I bet it won t happen again
1st time here great if ur a football fan 8 + tv screens. Watch ur favorite team in a comfy recliner Beer in hand
Love the atmosphere! There's something about the mixture of perfume, cologne, cigarettes and the slot machine's sounds that draw me in.
FOOD WASNT ALL THAT FOR THE PRICE ON THE ALL YOU CAN EAT BUT THE SLOT MACHINES WERE SUPER FUN!!
The staff at the food court at the taco place was probably the worst service I've ever seen.
Terrible service. No answers to questions. No one seems to know anything.
It would be better if they would keep some of the favorite games. Always new games. Buffet was decent. Overall, nice casino.
Went home with a little more money today than I took.
Casino is nice, good variety of newer slot machines. No perks for new members tho, and it is smaller than expected for a Harrah's property.
Before it changed ownership I could win once an while now I can never win. I've talked to other people who were regulars an they say the the same thing new owners have the slots on lock down. I used to see people getting paid now it is rare to see . I understand they can't pay every one but come on loosen the machines up
Going through some remodeling at the moment in preparation for live table gambling and sports betting, so many slot machines have been removed or being replaced. Still had fun, won money, but YMMV.
Tight tight tight!!! They dont pay out nearly like they use to BEFORE harrah's took over. LIVE is a better experience and they're still thriving. Watched 2 people hit jackpots just this past saturday.
Pay out is supposed to be the highest in the state, which it happened to be the lowest in the state, based on my experience. I thought the horseshoe casino was the worst casino I have been too in Indiana but I was wrong. The staff is not knowledgeable of much, the all you can eat buffet was terrible and the highest price in the state as well and all I got from it was sick for 2 days. The cashier there was rude and dim witted. I have to imagine this is what they feed murders in prison. Nasty. Also 80% of the games are outdated and do not pay well. I have been to many casinos across the state's and this happens to be the best promoted, worst casino, I have ever been too. I would not send my worst enemy here. Oh and none of the atm machines worked!
Its ONLY 25% capacity they said when you call, and a waiting line
Went for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The ribeye was prepared perfectly and the presentation top notch.
Sucks, machines so tight cant win. Much rather go toblue chip. Least u can play awhile
The food at the buffet was cold and the prime rib was tough. Ended up getting a pulled pork at voodoo and the bun was molded
Been here many times. Get it together Hoosier park. Pretty disappointed that someone can play a seat at two different roulette tables and prevent another person from playing... on top of that, we have never lost as much here as we did tonight... time to find a different casino...
I like the atmosphere, but their slots are tight. It seems like I never win.
Love taking my chances on the penny slots, advertised as the loosest slots but I find that hard to believe I've never won a ton of money on any machine, you can smoke which is good for smokers, they do have a bar, and the atmosphere is great!
Okay but changed since Harrah's take over, removing certain brands of beer and alchohol people liked and raising prices for brands we dont like wasn't smart! Food at buffet less than satisfactory.
Easy in easy out. Great for a quick trip. Lots of slot machines, no live dealers (which is a bummer), plenty of variety of machines.
