Hoosier Park's Winner's Circle Review

I used to enjoy going but living an hour or more away and spending a lot of money and never getting ahead! No thanks

Went there for the first time an I really enjoyed it! Will go again!

They are so tight! I spent $300 and the biggest hit was $7. I will not be going back!

This is a really nice casino with a lot going on. I wasn't really impressed with the buffet though. For the price, I expected more and better prepared food. I suggest going to one of the other restaurants in the food court area. But still a great place to try and win some money.

Had a great time this weekend, just wish they had live tables and stuff like that. Still a great place though! We like the buffet

It has lots of different slot machines. Lots of other activities going on besides just gambling. Very nice restaurants and very good service.

Used to love it and go a lot more. Seems unorganized and often restaurants and customer service struggling.

You never see anyone hit big. Minimum bids ate getting high on penny machines! Not much slot play perks like there used to be.

Place is busy. Plenty of slots to choose from. Slot tournaments are low keyed.

Its ok slots are to tight not many people talk about winning anything substantial on their slots

Love this place great love band and fireworks were the best.

Used to be a good casino where you could play for awhile (still lose your money, but could play longer than 15 mins. on $100)... They cleaned it up and painted/new carpet, but they also increased the odds against you.

Won money so we are happy. I wish the cigarette smokers had them up their asses as they smell and they are killing themselves a and us bystanders. You smokers suck.

Today was not the best Chicken was greasy and kept running out of crab legs. But the service was excellent. And will come again.

A great casino and venue located in Anderson Indiana. A little smoky but they do have a non smoking section. The buffet is generally pretty good and I ve always had fun when I go here.

Fun venue' s, good parking, lot of different types of machines to play, great servers and the best place in Indiana for all you can eat "crab" on Friday and Saturday nights.

Lmao this guy below lost 42 times, got food poisoned 3 times, and still goes!?! Nice.

Love going here, the staff is a lot nicer than at Firekeepers.

Was treated very bad at the cashier. We are visiting from Albuquerque N.M. and wanted to play. My sisters bank card was not working at the atm so she went to the cashier. The two women back there refused her service. Looking and treating her like she was a criminal. We immediately left and will never return. For all of you people here that didnt pay attention. NEW MEXICO IS PART OF THE UNITED STATES.!!! We are very disappointed at their behavior.

Needs better air conditioning to filter out the smoking fumes in the casino.

I had a great time. It was my first experience in a casino in my life. I had to keep asking people where to get a players card at. I got completely lost trying to find the customer relations department but once I found it I was set to have fun. Didn't win but the experience was fun.

Lots of machines were out of service and machines were cleaning everyone out!!

It was a lot of fun playing at Hoosier Racing and Casino.

Since harrah's purchased this casino I have noticed a downward spiral in customer service and overall cleanliness of the casino. Dirty full ashtrays cups and trash on or near machines and machines dusty and not clean. The payouts on the slots seem to about the same. There were also several machines marked out of service and others not marked that simply didn't work as in would not accept bills or tickets. Overall I was not pleased with my last trip and doubtful I'd return.

Me and a friend was there last night. I was applaud of how bad the cigarette smoke was when entering the building.I have COPD and it literally took my breath away. Why would you have smoking upon entering the building?? I can assure you I won't be coming back. It was right down nasty!!!

This casino is a lot of fun they're a little stingy on the comp but not as bad as their neighbor to the South

Mostly old games and hardly anyone winning. Definitely not any big wins.

I work here. It's a great place for employment opportunities, they are almost always hiring and if you can stick around, they really value promoting from within the company. I started as a cashier for a few of the restaurants and had also worked in the catering department. Then, after I'd graduated from college and needed a better job that was more compatible with my degree, I was able to become a new member of the finance dept.

Stood in line for 30 min. To get in. Machines have been so tight haven't won for a long time. Have to wear a mask.

Maybe, now that it is Harrah's...it will get better

Very disappointed at Hoosier Park racing tonight they let a 4 to 5 shot run in the third race that was 3 to2 morning line that did not finish his last race run without requalifying. The horse ran 1/4 of a mile and just went to a walk and then they walk to the barn didn't even finish the race. I thought Hoosier Park was an upstanding harness track but after tonight I see you all run unsound horses and you deceive the betters. I drove over 2 hours to get to Hoosier Park tonight for this when I live 30 minutes from Churchill Downs all I can say is wow. I bet Hoosier Park a lot online and I drive up at least three times or more a month but after tonight that will stop for sure. I've always spoke highly of Hoosier Park but since Harrah's is took over this is becoming a train wreck. I noticed the casino is a lot tighter than it used to be no body was winning that I seen. What a way to waste a night and a lot of money I left after the 9th race very aggravated that was a long ride home thanks again Harrah's Hoosier Park you just lost a very good customer. I would not advise anybody to come to Harrah's racing Casino it's a waste of time.

Not empressed they machines arnt hitting. And. To many people. Walking around and it's some evil. People. That work there. And. Some customers. They hate to see you win. I love. Shelbyville rather spend my money there. This new hoosier Harrah's. Is off my list will never go back. Dont waste your money.

I go here at least 2-3 times a month it's a fun place to go with friends although their facility is smoking they have good ventilation and the buffet is very good and always filled ..voodoo BBQ is very tasty as well I definitely like the video slots here lots of old machines but they have new machines as well..

I banned and no one will tell me why it help me. I've been threatened with arrest. Never had a altercation. Never been approached by security. LITERALLY NO REASON. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Awful, half the games were out of order and those that did work were tight. Definitely not the Hoosier Park we enjoyed for years. Thumbs down on new management.

Horseracing is a blast! I wish the smoke wasn't so bad in the casino.

I went April 12 2016, had the buffet and it was great. I wanted to bring home a sandwich so I went to Deli to get it. I ordered a club sandwich on white bread and waited. It was put in a bag and handed to me and I brought it home. I went to eat it and was very disappointed. The sandwich had a half slice of bacon on one side with a slice of turkey and a small piece of lettuce and the other side had a piece or tomato and a slice of ham You would think paying $8.13 for a sandwich, they would give you some value.

So we went on the opening day of the live dealer table games when Victor Oladipo of the Indiana Pacers was kicking off the ceremony..and I have to say as his BIGGEST FAN I was so so disappointed in Victors behavior! I guess fame really does change people..I simply asked if he could sign my ball, his people was like no we re not doing that and 5 seconds later a guy next to me took his hat off and ask if he would sign it and Victor took the hat and signed it like right in my face!!!! I looked right in his eyes and said so you can t sign anything, Victor let out a deep grunt ..I got up came all the way from Plainfield to see him today, literally got stopped and gave 2 speeding tickets on the way to the casino just so I didn t miss his appearance and that s how he treats his FANS that pay to see him, support him through his injury, buy tickets to his games...Victor buddy you changed my perspective of you today sadly!!!!!! Fame has gone to your head, I will no longer look at you the same!!!
