The facility is neat, and service folks are polite and helpful.

None of the food places were open and if you play penny games, be prepared for 60 cent minimums

This is a great place to gamble and you get a lot of perks

I'm not a big gambler, but I've traveled around the world and this casino seems to have the least output of any I've ever seen. Just people watching and looking at jackpots won you can tell there's not much winners/winnings at this place.

The facility is nice I has good games but the payout are really low and very far and few in between they don't have enough giveaways and they really should offer more Casino cash than what they do especially since they take everyone's money all the time what's the harm in throwing the person 20-30 bucks every now and then Lord knows I can afford it he'll even 50 at times and you shouldn't have to be a high roller to get that amount it's getting ridiculous.

Nor impressed from the get go!Steep stairs coming up from parkinb lot..Club Center was closed??? Small selection of games...and didn't hear very many bellz n whistles.. I think I had 1 coke whole time I was there. Sticking with SHELBYVILLE all the time!

Few machines to play. Theu were not very nice sbout telling us about the way we need to cover out nose with the mask

The casino itself is ok. We stood in line for the buffet for over 20 minutes only to have very poor service, drinks served in plastic throw away cups, and multiple food items empty. It was not worth the trip nor the money spent.

Terrible. Its really depressing to see people waste so much Money. Nothing to be stoked about.

We ate there last night and we both sick and still are nauseous today from it

Great place to go enjoy an evening of fun. The horses are wonderful to watch and they also have the casino of you want to gamble. We had a terrific time the whole evening.

Half of the machines still down and the ones that work take take take

I constantly hear people playing the slots about how shameful this place is, you can spend up to and over a $100 and not get one free spin and you get to watch all the free spins land on the right hand side of the screen where they don't count, sad.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. This place has gone DOWN HILL fast! I used to be a regular patron, but I will NEVER under any circumstance go back there, ever again. The bathrooms are disgusting, and literally 75% of the machines were out of order with no communication sent out about this. How disrespectful, when people travel to your location. What a joke!

Slots are tight. . . Bar is better upstairs - much friendlier!

Too many restrictions on promotions not enough staff in the players club!! Comparing to other casinos it's at the bottom of the list!!

Fun casino. Good prices on games and drinks. Won quite a bit on roulette.

Lots of machines not working from previous owners. Harrah's has their work cut out for them to bring it back to the quality that is expected from a Caesar's property

Very nice place. The associate I dealt with were all very helpful and nice. We went there for dinner and some gambling. By far, Allen Chaney, the bartender in the casino, was the best. Very pleased with our visit. We will be back and tell others to come her for a great experience.

It was great spending my 8 year marriage anniversary out there tonight. My husband and i really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were so helpful. The bartenders were swamped but incredible! Great to have such a fun environment in our town.

Disclaimer: I've only ever been to two casinos, but I really like this place. It's a fun atmosphere! Speaking of atmosphere, if you have asthma or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this won't be a good place for you. Lots of people smoking in the building.

Fairly clean facility didn't like all the digital games.

Not impressed. Video poker, buttons on many of games either stuck or did not work at all.

What a terrible experience. Sports betting lines that DO NOT MOVE.

This is a really good casino, with a decent buffet option. I would recommend going when the buffet is half off and hey have promotions going on.

Harrah s hosted an event for my local SCTE chapter. The food was great and the people serving the food were quick and efficient. The only lacking part was how I waited twenty minutes in order to get a drink from the two male waiters. I inquired about drinks multiple times and I was told someone will be around . I finished two plates of food before getting a drink.

If it weren t for a waitress named Megan, I am not sure that I would have gotten the drink I did get before finishing.

I didn't win, but the addition of live dealers makes the experience better than the electronic games.

They are remodeling for the Harrah's takeover but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm excited to see the upgrades.

It use to be fun. You use to hear people getting excited because they were winning something. Now you just feel ripped off. It was uncomfortably warm. A large portion of machines were shut down. The new games aren't dont pay out well at all. The older machines have stopped paying out as well. It will be a long time before I go back in there, if ever.

I keep coming back but I want win sometime and when you get free game I want to win money I got 640 free at 45cent I didn't get 200.00 dollar

Always have a good time! Buffet is very nice, chocolate fountain with strawberries. YUM! Relaxing and fun for adults that want to have a drink and smoke, withough having to step outside. Play to win!!

Put my seat up. Left my beer on the game. "Still had plenty of money remaining" Came back to someone playing my game. Blah blah blah. They looked at the tape and said, yes someone cashed out your ticket but nothing we can do!IF they can identify the person then it's civil suit lmmfao

Never been to a casino before that I've ever won and I won big thank you so much Harrah's Hoosier Park!!! I cannot wait until the next time we will be back I came home with $800! Thanks again!

The only problem I had when I got my card I didn't get my pin number for my card .

Didn't win anything. They have got their machines tightened up.

Lots of machine choices, fairer payout than most. Beware of the free pop machine, no one has cleaned it in a while. Pretty moldy.

Great place for fun horrible for employment I worked on backside maintenance it's a joke poor management favoritism to certain employees and certain coworkers make it a uncomfortable work environment (hostile) wouldn't recommend for employment

This was a very nice casino. Great prices and fun. My only complaint is the cigarette smoke. I understand why they allow it. I just wish they wouldn't.
