Don't bother signing up to learn to sail if you have a 9-5 job. You'll never be able to get into a class because every evening and weekend class is full. The staff will tell you that you need know "tips and tricks" like being in front of your computer on a certain night at a certain time on their terrible website, ready to click click as fast as you can so you can get into a class that's off-business hours. Frankly, if I have to know and practice "tips and tricks" in order sign up for a class then something is wrong. I tried asking for a refund because of the lack of class availability but was told I'd have to fill out a three page form on paper, sign and snail mail it in, wait a week, have my case reviewed by the "commodore," then if that person decided to grant the refund, I'd then have to wait three to four months for said refund. Learning to sail? Great idea, great concept. So poorly and bureaucratically executed that you'll probably never learn to sail if you're a regular Joe/Jane with a regular job.
