Honolulu Fish Company Review

The local community helped out Honolulu Fish Company by purchasing its seafood products at a time when the tourist industry came to a standstill and restaurants were shut down leaving large surpluses unsold. HFC has not shown its appreciation as it charges the very same locals exorbitant prices for the fish it sells. What's the incentive? I returned to shopping at the local supermarkets where I'm able to buy just what I need without storing the rest in my freezer.

We ordered tuna , king salmon, and shrimp from them . Delivery was on time and the seafood is still very fresh( we live in South Texas ) .In fact, they packed the package extremely well with a lot of ice packs ( more than 10 large ice packs) to ensure the seafood will still be fresh when it arrives. Everything is delicious and full of flavor! All you need is a little bit of soy sauce and wasabi for the tuna and salmon . Shrimps are sweet and textures are great!! We are extremely happy with the purchase and will order again !!

I grew up in Hawaii! I love Hawaii! The Honolulu Fish Company (HFC) keeps me in the spirit of Aloha because I can order and eat the fish I grew up on and love even though I no longer live in Hawaii. Thank you HFC I order, it s on my front porch in a day maybe two! Love you guys!

We ordered the 3lb fillet of Wahoo 'Ono' Fish. Received it in 2 days, and it was so fresh and grilled up fantastic!! This will certainly not be the last time we order from your company! Many thanks!!

This is the freshest and least expensive quality distributor of fish anywhere. We started ordering from them during the pandemic and using their fresh Tuna and Opah, I can create recipes that rival the finest seafood restaurants I ve been to. I love Honolulu Fish Company.

Have ordered fish from them several times. The fish itself has always been great but the customer service could not be worse. Last order we unfortunately received warm fish that was inedible. Honolulu Fish Company refuses to rectify the situation in any way shape or form, blaming the customer. Beware, if any issues at all customer service will leave you on your own, even repeat customers. I paid $150 for a box of warm fish and was forced to dispute the charge with Amex.

Ordered a 4LB fillet of King Salmon to my home in Florida. Arrived within 48 hours in the best packaging possible. The salmon was as fresh as could possibly be. The best part was the free 2 day shipping with my order! Will definitely order from them again!

Phenomenal fish just ordered it, came yesterday ice cold and probably the freshest fish i ever tasted or handled in my 28 years of life. Simply WOW!

Great quality fish but had a horrible experience with customer service. I was depending on my overnight order which was confirmed for an important client dinner. They messaged me 2 of the 4 fish were out and to reselect...only to find out they were out of everything.
They blamed system glitches, and offered no solutions... :(
