Do not get confused by the ratings. The only good thing about this is the price. Not too expensive. We ordered food and when we received it came on chipped plates and not very appealing presentation. The cooks in the bag are sweating and not using hair nets nor gloves. My friend found a hair in his food and got reimbursed thankfully. The food is edible, but cold and you can taste the lack of quality ingredients. I would suggest another brunch place.

Awesome food...friendly staff !
The only problem is that the line is too big and if you come at a busy hour time...you will wait at least 30 min at the line!

For those of you from Sacramento, this place is VERY similar to Crepeville. In fact, their items on the menu and the chalk drawn menus themselves is almost a mirror image to Crepeville.

They have a large variety of crepes. We have ordered many things from the menu, never a disappointment. Food is delicious and comes out fast. My husband and I always order the Pesto and Eggplant crepe. Just be sure to avoid rush hours, as a lot of the tourists like to go there as well.

Friendly staff, nice ambiance, solid drink menu. Menu seemed like fancier takes on southern staples, but my southern party and I weren't impressed. Ribs were dry and bland, pork chop was ok. Hushpuppies were delicious! Our waitress didn't have a clue. Probably would come back for a drink at the bar or appetizer but not dinner.

This place is so good and they have a nice selection for breakfast. Lots of choices, but you can definitely find something good. Eggs are stove of the best. Crepes are excellent. Staff is very helpful and very cool looking atmosphere.

A very comfortable place to have nice breakfast, love their crepes so much, many different types, sweet and savory, but don t like the salad though. i ve ordered New oeleans crepes, chai tea latte, sausage as extra side. That vibe here is super

Long wait. The crab cakes were delicious. Only reason I didn t pick 5 stars is they lost our order and we waited 40 minutes for our food. Besides that I would say it was very good. If you try the honey honey cake, make sure they warm it up for you. It was great with coffee.

Nice little place for breakfast and lunch near Union Square. They have a lot of crepe/breakfast and sandwich/salad choices and the food is very good. Lines can get long. They could use two people up front for sure (one on the register, one making drinks) so it can take a while to get your order placed and seated. Family and I had two different kinds of crepes and the breakfast burrito. All of it was very good. Crepe texture was spot on. Light and crispy edges. Toppings had excellent flavor. Burrito had flavorful chorizo, eggs and cheese.

Now, why the 4/5 stars? Value for the money. I KNOW it's San Francisco, I KNOW it's the most expensive city in the country to live in, but....but.... $8 for one crepe......ahhh.....geez.....OK. Whew, I had to get that off my chest.

Really good food, but it was all brought together by the staff. They were busy but still friendly and helpful. Extra kudos to the man wearing a gold necklace who was serving; he was very aware of what the customers needed.

Tons of choices for everyone! Great vibe, very efficient and friendly service. Best coffee I've had since we arrived. Only downside was my poached eggs were not quite cooked - do be sure to ask for them "medium"...will definitely be back when I return to San Fransisco!

Nice atmosphere but the food wasn t great. I got the eggs Florentine which was soggy and I m not even sure the English muffin was toasted. The egg whites were a little runny. The fresh squeezed orange juice was good!

Torino and eggplant crepes were acceptable but the place was a dump. 75% of the tables hadn't been cleaned and in the half hour we were there, only a couple of them were bussed. The ones that were bussed just had the plates removed; they weren't actually wiped down and cleaned properly.

I grabbed a water cup and it had lipstick stains all over the rim. There was a large clump of hair on the floor a few feet away from our table. The place looked like it hadn't been swept in days.

Will definitely NOT be going back here.

Order and pay at the counter, then food will be delivered to your table by number. Good savory and sweet crepes. A little on the loud side, between the breakfast crowd and kitchen noise. Like others said: don't be intimidated by the line.

This is a really fun place that is jam packed every time I walked by, but I finally tried it and was really glad that I did. Crepes were so delicious, great espresso and very fast service once you get past the line. Great place to bring kids, or a family.

Probably one of the best Nutella Crepes I ve ever had! Fresh squeezed orange juice that s a must and good food to company along with a black coffee first thing on a Sunday morning.

This place is located on a very busy cross street and the line can wrap around so expect at least an hour wait but well worth it.

So I've got to say I don't understand the hype for this place!! Waking up later than usual on a Sunday, this was not our first choice; however, the reviews brought us here. There were 5 of us, and since the place was really busy, I asked my friend to find a table while we were waiting in line to order. One of the staff members came by to her and told her that she needs to get up and that seating can be only assigned once we've ordered!!! Well, 10 minutes later we ended up getting the same table.
Now on to the food:
The food was just ok.. My potatoes were under-cooked while my friend's potatoes were over-cooked. Just your average comfort breakfast food... I really don't get the hype..
The staff turned out to be friendly at the end despite the initial encounter.

Coffee was wonderful, great chicken sausage, peanut butter crepe was perfect, Belgian waffle was good but not amazing but the fruit and whipped cream topping was indescribable. Definitely worth the line.

Great casual place for crepes. We went evening but there was a queue outside for breakfast / brunch too which seems to be popular. I had the pesto crepe which was lovely and my husband had a breakfast crepe which he enjoyed. Very informal but great food.

Just ok

A good breakfast spot with good food but it was not anything "special". Worth having good breakfast but not a place I would cross town for. I had the breakfast burrito which was a good choice as the chorizo was tasty. Just the right amount of spice and the texture of the burrito with beans made it a great choice. Mine looked no we than some of the reviews I had seen so I was happy. Service was efficient and friendly, menu was fairly wide ranging. My wife has French toast and enjoyed it as well. Meals were filling.

I was also surprised by the extensive number of good reviews. This place is mediocre. Prices are around 10-15 an item. We ordered the salsa crepe and the blintzes. Both were kind of bland. Very odd. Needed lots of cholula to liven it up.

Potatoes were alright but had too much rosemary. The crepe also has some avocado that had already gone black. There s better out there.
