I love this place! Would go much more often if it was a bit less successful... Problem is: if you show up at 9, you need to queue at least 2 hours. Only way to avoid waiting in line is to arrive at 7:20, 40min before the opening. Don't miss the berry smoothie, the French toast sampler & the eggs Benedict.

Super yummy crepes! The line takes a while but it's not too bad. It was just going out the door when I went and I was able to order in 20-30 minutes I think. The food comes fast once you order. I had the Half Moon Bay (the one with crab cake). It was good, but the crab cake was very average, not too exciting. My friend had the pesto and really liked it. We shared a strawberry nutella, which was very tasty. Overall, I would recommend!

Nice little corner restuarant, ample room with good self-seating area. Menu was huge with diverse offerings. Had the chix burritos , quite savory, wife had the nutella banana crepes which she loved. Semi-table service setup. No dedicated server, just staff floating around, bring food to table and clearing dishes.

Ideal for breakfast. You have to go early, from 9 it gets full. The system is funny, you queue outside, and before the order you have a table, so you first ask and done this and paid you sit and wait for the order. The letter is very varied, that is, you have to make sure you ask for everything you want before you sit down!

Good crepes, tasty house made citrus water, and nice atmosphere. Even though the dining room had a dozen open tables one night we were there, the waiter kicked us out because we had been there too long according to his judgement. We had been there for over an hour and a half, so it wasn't the end of the world, but his attitude was a little abrasive considering how much food we had ordered and how empty the place was.

Had to wait almost an hour. The menu is huge, plenty of choice. The staff work really hard to keep up and are very polite and helpfull in explain the choices and making recommendations. Highly recommended

The line of other tourists wasn't too bad and the line moved quickly. The eggs Benedict were good, however the line cook needs to slow down. Jovan found egg shells in his. Elouise enjoyed her salmon eggs and potatoes with ketchup. I did a couple of sides of 2 eggs and sausage which were standard diner fair.

We stopped twice to have breakfast near Union Square in downtown San Francisco. Excellent breakfast, wide selection of sweet and savory of the American tradition. It is always very crowded and there may be a line at the entrance, especially in the w. end.

It was good not the best breakfast. Owner was cool though but eating on the sidewalk was the best and worst experience. Peopl walking by passed too close when we were eating. I guess the risks you take eating outside in 2020

This review is from a visit in September. Long line and tight seating, but the food was well worth it. Although this place is best known for its crepes, I broke from tradition and had the Belgian waffle. Topped with whip cream and fresh fruit, it was amazing and one of the best I've ever had. Husband had a crepe he really enjoyed too. Also the orange juice is literally freshly squeezed!

Had the honey honey cake with some coffee which was very yummy but make sure you like really sweet food. Both the sweet and savory crepes are great. The service is quick and the servers and bussers are nice and efficient and helped us get a table once we were at the counter ordering.

Set up is really cute, and there s a wide variety of food. We went Saturday around 10:00, and it was crowded so be prepared to wait or wake up earlier. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Belgian Waffle was on point!

Seems everyone wants breakfast here the day before Thanksgiving. All seats are full. Line out the door. I feel lucky to receive my eggs benedict immediately after finding a table for one. Potatoes were a bit over & dry, but the benedict was perfect. Good coffee, but the free water is PERFECT!

Absolutely love this place, SBK is my favorite. However they have a spiced apple cider that s simply delightful. You get your choice of ice cream or whipped cream, my chocolate fans went with the ice cream, probably necessary since they don t hold back on the Nutella.
They do serve other food as well. We just had a taste for a little something light and tasty.

Let me just start with the bad things first..........

Let me just start with the bad things first....... LONG LINES!!!!!! Honestly, its not a restaurant for a quick grab... lines could take up the whole block sometimes... and they way it works is that you go in... find a seat then get back in the line to order, but what irks me is that most times a table isn't ready so even if your food is done you would still have to wait till you get a table, and by the time you get to your table, if you need something else, like another hot chocolate... you have to re enter the whole line to get something, because there is nobody walking around asking, "is everything alright?"
But the food is very good tho... fluffy waffles, AMAZING HOT CHOCOLATE!!!! And absolutely beautiful crepes!!!! Other than that, they are a 3/5 for me!!

This review is purely based on whether or not going to this place is worth it. We went twice and the line is out the door. So you'll wait between 20-60 minutes just to put in your order. Then, you can wait 10 minutes or 20 to get your food. The food IS GOOD. But for the price and the portion size, not worth it. Spent $30 on two people and I'm still hungry after.
The servers work hard and are nice as they can be in such a fast paced place. It's honestly a fine place. But again, for the price, wait, and portion size, it's not worth it. SF has tons of good food. This isn't the only spot in town.

We went there for breakfast on fridays. The place was quite crowded but we were able to order quite fast.
Food was good but not excellent. Poached eggs were not boiled in water. They were cooked in an paoching pan...

Come here for the chicken pesto crepe (or any other crepe for that matter) and the fresh squeezed orange juice. The normal dishes were good, but nothing special.

Don't be surprised if you have to wait in line for a bit to order your food, and or if table space is limited. The service is also not overly friendly or attentive.

Love this place! It's a cozy little restaurant with great breakfast options. Instead of a traditional "sit-down and order" type of restaurant, you first order and pay at the cashier, then they seat you. I found this quite refreshing and different from other places. Would love to come back again

Our family enjoyed coming here twice in four days. Can be a little loud aking with the music but the quality of the food is great. Grilled chicken sandwich was a favorite as were the huevos rancheros which had a homestyle and rustic flavor to it.

I can't comment on their whole menu, which is quite extensive, but the Strawberry Nutella crepe was spectacular! It was stuffed with fruit and nutella for a yummy combination. It was quite empty at night, but open until 10pm so it was a good stop for dessert. Not too far from Powell shops.

This place was right down the street from the hostel I was staying at, and boy, I'm glad I stopped in. They had an overwhelming amount of sweet and savory crepes (in a good way), and lots of different coffee beverages to choose from. The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend.
