First visit and won't be the last. I originally tried to get my oil changed at the Dealership I purchased my Honda from but they said the next appointment would be in a week. So I called Mentor Honda and had an appointment the same day. In and out in less then 40 minutes with a washed car to boot. Good service and professional service.
Most everyone working there wore a mask appropriately. The finance person I worked with was phenomenal and answered all the questions and concerns with a good sense of humor. Picking up the vehicle after payment was a relatively pleasant experience. Looking forward to the free car washes, once they're available after covid-19, especially since they are so close to home. All in all, content so far with the vehicle itself, and the dealership seems like I will receive good service there.
In the last two weeks my family purchased three cars from Honda in Mentor. Cory helped my step daughter into her first new car with a lease, was great at explaining things we weren t sure about when it came to leases versus buying, and did a great job getting us through the process. My wife and I dealt with Patrick who admitted early on that it was his first day on the showroom floor and we went easy on him, but even on his first day he did a fantastic job of getting things going. He s going to be a great salesman if he keeps just being himself like he was with us. I used to be a Chevrolet guy but Honda of Mentor made the car buying experience easier than any of my previous purchases elsewhere. I look forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.
I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite. This is my third new car purchase from Honda of Mentor. Don Cronin was the salesman who assisted me with this purchase. I was very pleased with the entire process from my initial email to Don to the delivery of the vehicle. Throughout the sales process, Don kept me informed with emails and telephone calls. Don s review of the vehicles features was complete and informative.

I was searching online for a SUV with certain features, and I was just about to go purchase another vehicle from a different dealer when I came across a Honda Pilot that fit had everything I was looking for here at Honda of Mentor. I reached out via cars.com to check availability. I received a response email immediately, with a very personable video message from Cory Kless, and I scheduled for a test drive the same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. The dealership was large, clean, had a great layout, had plentiful refreshments available, comfortable & spacious waiting areas, and even had golf carts to zip you around the huge complex if needed. Cory Kless was nothing short of AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, transparent throughout the entire process and worked quickly & diligently to get me processed as soon as he possibly could.
Steve O in Finance was also informative, accommodating, answered all my questions, and impressed me with the quick & easy high-tech mostly electronic signing process.
This is my first Honda and definitely won't be my last. I am so very happy I chose this dealership and vehicle. I would definitely recommend.
