I wouldn't even give this place a stair. Management sucks and they are all liars it's not a nice place to work at. Don't waste your time working here u can do better trust me!!!! IT'S NOT what it was like 10years a go they take average of us under pay and after u get full time after 5 years. Then u work 30 more years then when it's time for retirement u can't because they took that away its only what u put In to it but they put in 8% of what u put in . Don't WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Great place for my internship and to start my career. Honda is a company that not only challenges it's associates but allows and promotes growth. The culture may seem odd to some people but perfect for others

Honda Odyssey 2016 is a Great car but one stupid thing of stupid engineering design ruins everything. How come, when I have bought for winter season:
- set of winter tires ,
- extra set of rims,
- extra set of TPMS sensors
and installed everything I've been surprised that I have to come every tires change to reprogram computer with other set of TPMS sensors and everytime to pay for that.
WHAT IS IT?
IS IT A SCOPE FOR EXTORTION OF MONEY OR JUST ENGINEERING BUG?
LET'S SEE WHAT THEY SAY...

My seem great at the beginning but honestly the pay isn t as competitive as other places and neither are the benefits. Contract employees are treated unfairly. Sexual harassment is everywhere. People playing MFK, talking about their personal lives and how they get black out drunk , talk about their sexual experiences. I m not just talking about the men, but other female students, contracts and permanent associates speaking this way. Their policy specifically states to refrain from speaking in this manor and that s a red flag already. Management knows it goes on and if you re wrongly accused, you will get fired. Unless your permanent, then you get 3 strikes. Don t excel at your job or you ll be a target.

Great job. I drive from a hour and 10 away, a bit rough but it is worth it. Tons of overtime. Absolutely 0 things I can say bad about the company. The tasks are every 2 hours it switches so it's better on your body since it's physical labor. It can be tedious and not for everyone.

Amazing place. I worked for company that is contracted through Honda ( I won't name it out of respect ).

This is a review of the Honda Plant, not the company I worked for which was NOT good.

The Honda Plant is amazing to work inside in general. Lots of people of all races and nationalities. I wish I could work there but because I was hired for a contractor I can't even try and apply directly to Honda.

It's an amazing place with lots of work!

Safety comes first for Honda and all companies that work there, which is something that I respect.

Good wages , hard work . Not a great place for females , they ll tell you over and over again that females don t get sexual harassed and they have very strict policies on it . Worked there for 6 months and always had inappropriate comments made to me . Nothing was ever done , I know many other females who have the exact same experience. It s hard to get really good wages now too , contracts and students now start at the same wage , however students don t get benefits and contracts do . Wouldn t recommend it for females unless you re absolutely desperate.

Factory tours are a must if you happen to be in the area. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly tour guide who knows every single thing on the production line from its beginnings to each individual part being assembled in the facility. This is an underappreciated attraction which is helping the Alliston community and its surroundings massively, thanks again!

If you work in a role that's not directly on the assembly line they stop giving you any raises after your first few years. Company culture does not support innovation and is bad for morale. I don't recommend working here for anyone who has the desire to implement good ideas/improvements because the management culture prevents change or improvement. I have an engineering degree and was effectively prevented from doing any problem solving or anything technical because of managements inability to allow positive change. They've been doing a lot of things the same way for 30 years because many needed updates are not welcomed by the culture or are not budgeted for. There is also the inefficiency of any large company which contributes to the problem

If you do contract work for them make sure you price high because of all the safety.. and employees are not friendly at all. They also dont like you sharing your concerns and if you do then they try and remove you from the plant.

I went there for a school trip. It was really cool and the staff were really welcoming. They lead us on a tour which took approximately an hour. The staff were knowledgeable and managed to answer most of my questions. The only let down I had was that you weren't allowed to photograph the inside of the manufacturing facility.
