The only thing good about this place is the pay rate and the bonuses. They say they care about their associates and their respect for the individual policy doesn't include the upper management. 90% of their management are the worst management I've ever seen. If you have an issue, it's I will look into it and you never hear back from them and issue is never resolved. All of their processes are overloaded and cause injuries and then they don't want to take care of it. They try and push it off on your age and arthritis or previous injury. They bring in about 40 people and hardly anyone stays. Was there for almost 9 years and got screwed over by this company and still waiting on my last paycheck.

To bad less than a star isn't a choice. Management...

To bad less than a star isn't a choice. Management of Honda and contracted companies is terrible. No matter your work ethic or seniority, example, if you say or do something someone wants to take some offense to you are "investigated " then fired within 3 days. You don't get to say your side. Management all around is afraid of confrontation, afraid to man up and actually find the truth. If you want to work with childish high school age acting so called adults this is for you. Also if you get in any trouble and lose your job you cant work for any company that works on the property, you will be restricted

I go here everyday because it's the only place around that has a drive thru for semi trucks. The line is always long and they never get my order right. Actually they never even give me any food and the girl at the drive up window just tells me to drop my trailer and get another. Im so hungry.

Management is not trained very unprofessional they believe line workers are expendable the only way to advance is to have friends or relatives in management. Line workers are over worked with no help from management to improve working conditions. Injuries are at a all time high with no help or plan from management

work there for 2 years at the EXO one line and almost everybody on my line was really good people but there are those employees that are Honda employees that don't do nothing and think they don't have to do anything because they're a Honda employee and you are a Elwood employee you are nothing but the s*** on their shoes if you're in Elwood employed. Not to mention when all the Honda employees that are full-time not many obviously it's ran by Temporaries but they got like a $5,000 bonus and we didn't get nothing maybe if it was really an actual equal opportunity he would be a good place and yes I went through the interview process and took the test to become a full-time employee but obviously I wouldn't good enough to make Honda money but I could sure make Elwood money
