Ray (or Rae) is the best! My furnace was not heating and Ray walked me step by step running the diagnostics and figuring out the real problem was actually the thermostat!! Yeah I popped open the hood, played around with wires, cleaned gas hoses etc., all because of Ray's step by step guidance over a video call. I feel this is valuable primarily because the resolution was prompt (did not have to wait for the technician to visit the next day), plus I got to learn something I did not know before and something that can help me in the future especially if I have to deal with a similar problem at odd hours. Thanks to Ray, I could finally say to my wife "honey, I fixed the furnace! " lol!

Jimmy was very helpful, good listener, open and candid about how companies work regarding estimates. We were unable to get the home assist camera working but he did help me out in getting the help I need to examine the job. I enjoyed our conversation and he made me feel comfortable about the company.

My technician was great, but the homex system wasn t working properly. There was no video available, without which we couldn t accomplish much. The technician, Ken, did the very best he could with the information he had, but without video his efforts were futile. I appreciate his trying though. 2nd attempt was much more successful. Video worked and we made progress. Turns out a live visit is required to fix the issue, but the video session was very helpful.

Reinaldo was SUPER PATIENT determining if I had a faulty thermostat or heater. He walked me through the process until we figured it out. All the while dealing with two women and a busy toddler. Great experience. Would definitely recommend him and Homex!

I called and was assigned a remote session zoom style. Although my issue was not resolved completely I understand that I must reinstall the app again so that i can add my second location on the west coast while I am there. Although I had them both installed at one time it seems that when an interruption took place in the system, that it bumped the other off. I will call again when I get back to the location, in the meantime i don't know the temperature inside my house. The remote tech was great. Good attitude. I would him a five!

The technician was very knowledgeable and profesional, he was able to fixed the problem in a second. I was so relieved since I was able to use my sink again. Thank you very much. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!!

The technician was right on time, was very polite, was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, he walked us through the solution, and he stayed with us online until we were sure that our furnace was working again. We found this video service call very helpful.
