I recently used this company's service to fix some electrical issues at my home. While the work was completed and the problem was resolved in a timely manner, I found the overall experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The communication with the company was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were some miscommunications regarding the scheduling of the job. The electrician who came to my house was professional and knowledgeable, but I felt that the cost of the service was slightly higher compared to other companies in the market. Overall, the job was done adequately, but I expected a more exceptional experience for the price I paid.
