HCHB is a great group of people offering a high quality product for Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Absolutely terrifying how long it takes to admit someone to home care. The most ludicrous questions. Every question asking who answered the question, patient, caregiver, medical professional. On and on and on. System is not inuitive at all. Must enter vital signs to move forward on a in home pronouncement visit. soooo, I guess I ll try and get vitals buttttt........I ve used systems in 2012 that were more advanced and smarter than this. Here we are 2020 and seems like a giant leap backwards. Must have one hell of a marketing team.

I wouldn t recommend anyone used this platform. Full of bugs and issues. Also when you contact customer support they have no clue how to fix the issues with the system. Throw it all away

The program counts the total hours on the time tracker but it does not record any time after 5pm spent documenting onto the dashboard, nor does the time go into payroll, so basically its built into the system to cheat employees on their time.

The documentation training is too convoluted. The process is too time consuming with too much ch back and forth from screen to screen and back. It s a waste of time.

Would not recommend the software platform. It was fine when there was less competition a decade ago. The reports are fine but everyone has reports now, but the nursing staff that have to document in it will NOT like using it. Ask the "Clinical Users" their opinions at home health agencies.

It is trash. The trainer and the tech support are unprofessional. They don t know how to solve the problems, and lied saying to send you email, but no! They won t do it!
On top of that the platform is a trash! The designers are not clinically trained, so the software is not working right for the medical fields

If I could share 0 stars I would- I work as an assistant property manager and this service is not good for your residents.. It takes 40 minutes just to sync fobs or longer thats not considering if you are at a property where you are exposed to outside and you are traveling up stairs in the heat or in the rain. The service makes the whole community that I work for look bad. WORSE door processing service. EVER.

This is the worst EMR I have used. Clinicians are totally micromanaged. Visit documentation is tedious & cumbersome. Run away!!!
