Very unprofessional, they love to give you the run around. Also, it would behoove you to take a close look at your policy. Some things don't match up. Bad attitudes and irrational. I tried to get a one day extension, due to the fact my bill and direct deposit transpires at the same time.( disabled veteran and they had the audacity to thank me for my service) They refused to help me to no end. In addition, one agent actually said that he "doesn't care". I cancelled my policy , via email, the same day. Save your money and go with someone more reliable.

Lynda is handling my claim case. Lyda was so RUDE and yelled to customer and said ''YOU DON'T LISTEN TO ME'' and Lynda continued say ''your RV is OLD and the value is not expensive''
Then, she continued saying ''she sent the check to use in July but we did not receive any check and we did not agree with her estimate because CLAIM is sill negotiation. I have no idea and stuck. Now I am looking for lawyer for handling the rest and sue this insurance company.

Unprofessional company, very poor assistance helping those hit by their insured.

In the process of contacting the Texas Department of Insurance as well as the BBB as how this company conducts business. They don't know how to handle people or claims. So, unprofessional, they talk down to you, they don't contact you until past the 30 days. Customer lied about accident. If it wasn't his fault then why didn't he ask for our insurance? our information? at the time of the accident. Nope he handed over his insurance and his girlfriends phone number. Seriously?? Then they think they can do an estimate from a picture? really??? So disrespectful the way Alicia spoke to my daughter, unacceptable. This doesn't stop here, but reading all these horrible reviews you just don't seem to care.

All I will say is, if you happen to get in an auto accident with somebody who has this insurance you better hope you carry uninsured on your policy. Had guy run a red light, and hit my car. Called Home State from the scene to verify his coverage and they gave me a claim number and told me adjuster would be calling me withing 24-48 hours. Week later, their adjuster called and told me their customer was not covered b/c there had been a lapse in coverage. Not worth the paper the policy is printed on

Body Shop manager here trying to get in contact with them for a vehicle we have from a customer who got paid $200.0 for the complete front of the vehicle that got damaged in an accident, we havent been able to comunicate with the person in charge in 2 months. people need do avoid this insurance no matter the cost.

I was rear-ended by one of their policy holders. I ve been waiting 5 days since I filed the claim to hear back from an insurance adjuster and still haven t heard back. I called their claims department and the rep was rude and unhelpful. I could not even get to a supervisor after repeatedly asking. This is the worst insurance ever!

I had an accident with one of their customers in 2017. It is now 2020 and I still have no resolution. I just don t understand what kind of insurance company does not work for the good of their customers and the people they hit. It has been a long frustrating battle. Do not waste your money getting with this company.

Home State county Mutual insurance is third party insurance provider. I had to call the Bluefire aggressive insurance to claim this accident. So I called them and they told me that their adjuster will contact me within 48 hrs but he never contacted me. So I got his supervisor's phone number and called him but cannot reach out to him as well. It has been a week, and I already hired Law firm to handle this. People need to get a real insurance, and this kind of unprofessional third party insurance company should shut down. I checked their D&B report, and this is full of scam. We need to block them from the insurance business before any others suffer not only from a car accident but also mentally. They don't even deserve one star.

As all the reviews say- this is a horrible company. Miraculously the driver was excluded from the policy therefore there is no coverage from the accident. Luckily for me the people I was involved with got my phone number from the company - since they were not aware the driver was excluded either- and they will be paying for the damages. I will be reporting this company to the attorney general in Texas as well as the BBB. Hopefully it will help anyone in the future avoid what everyone here has experienced. Companies like this don t deserve hard working people s money, especially in today s world.
