Receiver manager Montenero very rood and unprofessional animal !!!!!!!! Got here at 6:30am now it s 1:30pm still waiting!!! Appointment for 7:00am. After this load I will avoid that state for good!!!! I hope GOD will see you Montenero!!!! POS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Few spots to park on the street overnight, great people, I checked in at 6:20am as a work in and they had me unloaded and out the door by 8:30am! Nice people in receiving.
The manager of recieving is awesome, i was already late for home to buy dinner for my kid. He put me ahead of the line so i can get home in time. Very friendly people.
Another place where an appointment was set, but not honored. Arrive at 10:50 for 12:00 appointment. It's 15:56 and still no door. Was told to park on the street. There's no amenities.
Appointment at 8:00 a.m. checked in at 7:00 a.m. get door at 7:50 a.m. finished unloading and get paperwork in hand at 8:45 a.m. very fast unloading. Just making sure you got PO #s. Plenty of parking in the street.
Arrive at 09:15 and unloaded at 6:05pm. Was told to park on the street.

Arrived at 0545 for a 0700 appt. took me right away. Door 1/2 is very difficult to back in especially with all the snow banks. Employees parked in no parking areas near the door adding to the challenge. Check in easy. Ring both bells on wall next to window. Don t bother calling the number no one answered. The attached pic is from another poster but it helped me so I wanted to repost. It shows traffic pattern and ship/receive location.
Arrived early for a 10 am delivery appt. Its 11 am and 3 trucks ahead of me. Parking in the street is ok because employees park every where making it tight for trucks. This is what happens at most frocery deliveries. No appt respected.

Easy delivery. Finished at 30 minutes. The receiving open 24 hours. My app was 7 am, but I've arrived at 12am.
