2.5 months and still waiting for a new box.
Update: It took 3 months to receive a new ice box.
2nd update: 1.5 months later the new box stopped working, lost about 50 bags of ice after being told someone would be out to look at it.
3rd update: 1 month after repair call on new box and still have nothing.
The manager change all my pricing to almost double small bags from $1 to $1.50 and big $3.74 to 4.71 , and delivery fee $10 instead of $5. That s not fair Home city city ice should not give a salesman the power to do crook agreements and unfair pricing. Unbelievable HMI, you should be ashamed to treat a big customer like that.
The ice taste is fine. I get tired of it being in one big frozen block. No matter how much you want to drop it, it is still full of huge chunks. Melting between the trucks and the store ice freezer???
I purchase 2 big bags per week. Always the same.
