Have to be honest, was expecting hidden costs but they weren't any. Upfront about all costs, and it was quite inexpensive for a electrical issue I had.

Tech was very easy to work with and work around schedules.

The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful in making my first appointment and, later, in arranging a follow-up. The technician saved me time by speaking with me before the appointment, so he could be sure to bring the necessary replacement part. Excellent, friendly, professional, and helpful service from everyone involved. Will definitely do business again!

Then when we called to check in and see if they were still coming they assured us the tech was just late only to learn he would never show. We waited at home on 3 separate days with no tech arrival.
