The Home Company builds a fantastic home! Their listing agents are so knowledgeable about the building process and the materials that go into their homes. From start to finish you will feel informed and a part of the decision making process. You get to meet with an interior decorator that helps you design a beautiful home too! Not only will you love the way this home looks but you will be able to feel that it is a quality home just by being in it. They offer top of the line products from the start so you don t have to upgrade everything to get a decent home like other builders. Their homes are energy efficient as well which really helps cut costs on your electric and gas bill. If you have a question they will get you an answer. You won t regret choosing The Home Company to build your dream home.

We have built 4 homes in the past 30+ years and this was the best process we encountered. The Home Company builds a quality product that is very competitively priced. The entire staff is so professional and is committed to making the client happy. Having a project manager in the neighborhood managing 10 homes is a game changer. He is making sure each day that the project is on time, budget, and done right.

The Home Company is building our forever home and we are so happy we selected them for the task! We took them way outside their comfort zone to allow us to pretty much build our home all custom. Our lot proved to be very challenging and they took the time needed to figure out how to best place our home on the lot. The most important thing, that I feel that needs to be pointed out, is how well they build a house and the energy efficiency that they put into their homes. There is nothing better than getting a good nights sleep, knowing I don't have to worry about how my home as been built. Thanks guys!

The home company has been amazing to work with. We have worked with Kristina the most and she is always very honest and helpful. Everyone we have worked with here from picking out the lot, making changes to the plans, and going through our walk through of the house, have been very nice and knowledgeable. Kristina was always very responsive, patient, and helpful in assisting with customizing our home the way we wanted it. All of the employees from the home company have made this process way less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality home built by a reliable company.

We have been waiting for years to decide when, where and with whom to build. We did our research and found that The Home Company checked all the boxes that we had for our dream home. We loved the floor plan and the ease with which The Home Company was able to customize it for our needs. They were professional and easy to work with. They stood by there word and quality. They took accountability for their work and were diligent in clearing up the very few discrepancies that we came across. If we had to do it again, we would not change a thing. The Home Company takes great pride in the work that they do.

They built our home in Papillion. We are very impressed with the quality of our home. Very responsive to any small issues when we first moved in. They made the whole experience easy (as easy as possible when buying a home).

We are so in love with our new home in Anchor Pointe!! When we started this journey over 2 years ago we didn t know where to begin and then the minute we walked into Home Company s Santa Clara model in Remington Ridge...we fell in love and said where do we sign? Every step of the way the Home Company has been wonderful! We have a very large family and needed a unique floor plan and they delivered!! Kristina and Heath were so patient with us as we made several changes to the design! The whole process was stress free and fun! Each time I walk around our house I fall more in love with it! We built our house almost 4 years ago now and couldn't be happier. Nick and Dave with the Home Company were very responsive to our needs and were also helpful on the harder decisions we had to make. We have not had any issues with our house that weren't handled quickly and efficiently, and we are very impressed with the quality of work that was done. I still keep in contact with them as we plan on being return customers when the time comes for our next home. I would highly recommend even just sitting down and looking at options as what they have to show and say will do the rest.
