The rings were advertised as FREE. I only had to pay for the shipping which was about 14.00. Then at five in the morning, they charged my card 116 dollars. Please do not have anything to do with this company. They scam you and steal your money. You can get better stuff at Wall Mart, for 8.00,anyway.
Do not buy from these people!!! I literally just bought rings yesterday for my wife. Today they have charged my card several times for the items. When I called and spoke to "Mary" she tried claiming they had only taken them once, then changed her tune to they "only authorized" it a couple times. A couple times, no you don't get to go into someone's account an try and authorize amounts you are not given permission for. I canceled my order less than 24 hours after even making it, that is how bad this company is. I have already called my bank, got a new card and I filing complaints with the BBB and fraud finders. DO not give them your CC or they will clear your bank account. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!
I got one of their free rings before I left on vacation and I just got back and saw that they charged my credit card 278 dollars!!
Definitely scam got free rings paid shipping nowhere did it say subscription anywhere and they took out $175 out of my account for two sets of earings and necklace don't trust them.
The company of HOLSTED JEWELERS is a scam and fake company. I purchased the alleged 2 free rings. I did not know I was setting myself up to have my credit card used for other purchases by someone IN the company. I was called the morning of the attempted purchase of a $66.98 necklace by someone in the UK ,using MY credit card. I am STILL waiting on the instructions for the Walmart Gift card. I thought this was a legitimate company. I was very sadly mistaken. Please remove this company from your list of associated companies or suffer the lose of more customers. This is a VERY BAD APPLE in your list of companies. I asked to be removed from the mailing list,also. Any one doing business with this company, PLEASE be careful with your personal information. It may cost more than what YOU think YOU are paying. I'm glad I ALWAYS look at my bank statements. I did catch the charge, but it was AFTER the purchase of another type of merchandise. These people have NO conscious about themselves.

False advertising. I received 2 free rings I just had to pay $5 shipping for each which was fine. But next thing I know there are 2 $60 charges on my card. I am disputing these charges. This company is unethically run.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They wrongfully charged my account $57 without my knowledge. Don't order from them, don't associate with them. They will steal from you.
I was offered the free rings and I did this, nowhere did it dtat that this offer was a subscription. I then noticed on two different dates my account was charged $68.95, I called and spoke with Jane and this is when I told that I had not cancelled my subscription so they sent out the next two pieces in the collections, diamond earrings,. I cancelled both subscriptions and Jane told me, once I received the items, I could return them and within 3-5 days my money would be returned to my account so make sure you know FREE, is not free, it comes with a subscription and if you don't want to be charged, read the fine print and make sure you cancel your subscription. The jewlery would be but I can't rate them. Deciet , and customer service with Jane , it would have been five if she could have refunded my coins, lol. Have to laugh, because what else can you do? ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!! ""
