An easygoing buying experience. I wasn t expecting to buy another car, but when the cost of repairs outweighed getting a newer car, I decided it was time to trade up. They work with you in getting you into the best car you can afford. No hard sale pressure. My salesperson Jonathan was very helpful answering questions before, during and after the sales process. He helped me get acclimated to my new car. I love my newer used car and recommend Holmgren Subaru sales and service.

Me and the wife just recently purchased a new 2021 outback limited XT from the gold folk at Holmgren. I m not a huge fan of car shopping or dealerships, but I must say that Holmgren does it right.
No pressure, extremely helpful, and overall wonderful.
My man Ray was on top of his stuff, and worked his butt off to get us the exact trim and color we were looking for despite it being a scarce combination and basically unavailable everywhere within 100 miles.
I would happily come back to Holmgren anytime for a new car, though with the beautiful machine we bought from them, I hope I won t have to for a few hundred thousand miles!
My Sales Associate Jonathan was the absolute best! He made me feel like I was important. I would highly recommend him, again and again! The dealership is the cleanest Subaru Dealership I've seen. The staff in service were fantastic as well when I got my oil change. The owners, Eric and Dawn, are very friendly and love to engage with customer and don't just treat you like a "number".
I had an absolutely amazing experience! When I reached out to inquire about a vehicle Tyler was so friendly and helpful. When I went in Allen took over and was able to help me the rest of the way. I'm glad to see there are other awesome reviews about Ray Lockhart. I had an awful experience about three weeks ago at a different dealership, so I came to Holmgren with quite a bit of skepticism. Right off the bat, I explained my situation with the other dealership to Ray, and he instantly made sure I had a great experience this time around. It was so relieving to have someone listen to me and MAKE SURE I absolutely loved what I was getting. When I walked in to sign the papers a few days later, Ray made sure I still loved the car. He was awesome! Super talkative, knowledgeable, and compassionate. HIGHLY recommend going to Holmgren, and DEFINITELY recommend seeing Ray! Will definitely be going back next time I need a new vehicle :)
Recently purchased a 2021 Forester and had a great experience. I was there with my daughter and we found everyone at the dealership to be helpful, friendly and personable. My salesman Jon Stevens was very patient and thorough with all of our questions, and made me feel better about my lack of skills with modern car technology. He told me to call anytime with questions he could help with. It's so nice to go somewhere that isn't just high pressure or "all business " and made car buying fun! Great team!
